Roman Reigns returns to action
Roman Reigns will make his return to SmackDown after a week of absence. The WWE Universal Champion did not appear last week and will be back tonight to keep his rivalry with Brock Lesnar alive.
Lesnar and Roman will face off on Day 1, WWE’s first PPV in 2022. The two wrestlers have changed their roles regarding their past rivalries, for once Roman is the heel, while Lesnar is the face.
The rivalry is leaving a pleasant surprise with the role of Lesnar in the mic showing as a great fighter in that regard.

Charlotte faces the consequences
Toni Strom will be the next challenger to the SmackDown women’s belt. The former NXT UK champion became a contender after defeating Charlotte last week via disqualification.
Charlotte ignored the instructions of the referees and ended up being disqualified. It is expected that tonight there will be an interaction between the two fighters that will heat up their future match, which should take place on Day 1.
Follow the rivalry between Drew McIntyre, Madcap Moss and Happy Corbin
Drew McIntyre, almost since his arrival on SmackDown, is in full rivalry with Madcap Moss and Happy Corbin. The Scotsman defeated Sheamus last week, however backstage Madcap Moss and Happy Corbin stole his signature sword. The story between the two is expected to continue tonight.
Sonya Deville abuses her position
Naomi and Sonya Deville have been in a rivalry for months, last week there was a small possibility that Sonya would return to action in the ring, however, it did not happen. Tonight the rivalry is expected to continue.
