EPL 500 Points club: It was yet another record- breaking day for Man City’s Pep Guardiola as the Spaniard entered the EPL history books.

Pep Guardiola has now joined the elusive list of managers quickest to 500 points in the Premier League.

In fact, Pep has reached the summit within 213 matches as Manchester City boss as his side drew 1-1 vs Southampton on Saturday.

Since joining Manchester City in 2016, the Spaniard has won three Premier League titles and currently has his side on top of the table as well.

A fourth Premier League title beckons for Manchester City as they are top of the 2021-22 EPL table with 57 points.

Getting into this elusive list is a massive achievement for Pep Guardiola as he continues earning plaudits for his quality and tactical skills across Europe.

Guardiola is officially the quickest manager to reach 500 Premier League points as he continues to shatter records as Man City boss.

He was able to win three Premier League titles as manager in England; all of which for Chelsea.

Jurgen Klopp

Jurgen Klopp comes third having done so in 236 matches as Liverpool boss.

Liverpool had to wait 30 long years before thy lifted the Premier League title in 2019/20 season under Jurgen Klopp.

Since joining the Reds in 2015, Jurgen has taken the club to higher limits and made them a world-beating side.

Sir Alex Ferguson

Manchester United’s longest serving manager comes next in line having completed 500 points in 242 matches.

The Scottish manager won the Premier League 13 times as Manchester United boss during his 27-year stay at the helm.

Arsene Wenger

The ex-Arsenal manager attained the 500-point mark in 249 matches during his stay in England.

In his 22-year stay as boss of the Gunners, he won three Premier League titles; one of which where they won the title without losing a single game in the season.
