Of the 32 teams, 29 teams have booked their flight to Qatar for the World Cup which is to take place in November-December 2022.

The FIFA World Cup draw takes place on April 1st, 2022 at 9:30 PM IST at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre in Qatar & on the FIFA official website.
Rules of the WC Draw:
The draw allocates 32 teams in eight groups of four placed in their respective pots according to the FIFA Rankings.
Qatar will be part of Pot 1 with the top seven ranked qualified teams from the FIFA World Rankings.
Except Europe, no group should have more than one country from the same region.

FIFA 2022 WC is scheduled to be played from 21st November-18th December, 2022 in Qatar. The venue for the final is Lusail Iconic Stadium in Lusail.
