Serie A: Cristiano Ronaldo scores in 3-0 win over Spezia, creates record

Cristiano Ronaldo continued to break records as he fired Juventus to a 3-0 victory over Spezia yesterday.
The Portuguese with his 20th goal of the season created history with another feather in his cap as he is the now the only player to score at least 20 goals in each of his last 12 seasons in the top-five European Leagues.
He began this journey when he scored 26 goals in his first season for the Los Blancos in 2009-10 and since then there has been no stopping him.
In three of his nine years at Real Madrid, he crossed 40 goals in the La Liga season which shows his unreal appetite for goals.
After joining Juventus, he continued his goal scoring form scoring 21, 31 and currently 20 goals in his three seasons with the Bianconeri.
He remains top scorer in the Serie A this season followed by Inter Milan’s Lukaku.
Juventus are currently 3rd in the table with 49 points and are 7 points off the top of the table as they look to reduce the gap when they face Lazio at home on Sunday.
Inter Milan are table toppers with 56 points.
