Lazio beats Crotone: Simeon Nwankwo blasted his 12th goal in Serie A today, but it was still not enough to save rock-bottom club FC Crotone as they fell 3-2 at Lazio.
Nwankwo drew Crotone level at 1-1 in the 29th minute with a super strike.
The 28-year-old striker will again restore parity for his team at 2-2 when he put away a penalty in the 50th minute.
Last season, ‘Simy’ fired a record 20 goals to win promotion for Crotone back to the Italian top flight.
Crotone remain bottom of Serie A with 15 points after 27 matches and look doomed for a prompt return to the Italian lower league.
