It was a disappointing night for Mikel Arteta as Liverpool beat Arsenal 3-0 at the Emirates on Saturday with Diogo Jota bagging a brace along with a goal from Salah to put further pressure on the Gunners.
This was a terrible performance from the Gunners as they lacked passion, desire and any skillset to create even the smallest of chances to put Liverpool under pressure.
Liverpool dominated from the first minute with total possession and control of proceedings.
They had to wait till the 36th minute to create the first big chance of the match which fell to Milner, but he dragged his shot tantalizingly wide of the post from 20 yards out.
Arsenal were hit by an injury in the first half as Tierney went down after a clash of legs with Milner and was replaced by Soares.

In the second half, Liverpool needed to be stronger in the final third to make a difference as they lacked the same in the first half.
They did finally make the difference and opened the scoring for the night via Diogo Jota’s strong header.
The Portuguese international received a delicious cross from Alexander-Arnold which he powerfully headed home to put the visitors in front.
Jota was brought on in the 61st minute to make a difference and he did not disappoint.
Salah doubled the lead as he slipped the ball under Leno to put the visitors 2-0 ahead.
Jota put Arsenal into deeper misery as he smashed home from 10 yards out to put Klopp’s men three to the good.
Mané could have got his first of the night right at the death but Leno’s presence was enough to deny the Senegalese his first of the night.
Arteta’s men provided very little and struggled to find any sort of rhythm against Klopp’s men.
This was nothing but a coast for Liverpool as they ran out comfortable winners.
