5 Predictions for this week’s go home episode of WWE Smackdown (09/04)

WWE Friday Night Smackdown is the last stop before the Road to Wrestlemania. Friday Night Smackdown will be airing live on Fox. The 2 confirmed matches are Andre The Giant Battle Royal along with the Fatal 4-way Tag Team contest.

Here are 5 predictions for tonight’s Friday Night Smackdown:

Roman Reigns standing tall over Bryan & Edge

Last week, we saw Daniel Bryan getting the better of both Edge & Roman Reigns. Before that week, Edge was seen standing tall over Jey Uso, Bryan & Reigns after the brawl between the four.

This suggests now it’s the Underdog’s turn to get the better of both Bryan & Edge for one last time before Wrestlemania.

Shinsuke Nakamura wins the Battle Royal

Shinsuke Nakamura is one of the underrated WWE Superstars who’s not scheduled to fight at the Wrestlemania 37th. Nakamura might steal the spotlight today by winning the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal.

The Mysterios lift the Smackdown Tag Team Titles

Friday Night Smackdown will witness a Fatal 4-way Tag Team contest. Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode will defend their championship against The Mysterios, Street Profits and Otis & Chad Gable.

The Mysterios have been nothing but dominant in their high flying wrestling style which may come in handy tonight. Rey & Dominik might lift up the Tag Team Titles and create history.

Sasha Banks & Bianca Belair- One Last Brawl

Sasha & Bianca might get into one last brawl tonight before their title match at the Wrestlemania. Bianca Belair is pretty confident about beating Sasha at the Wrestlemania after she was betrayed by Sasha. Meanwhile, Sasha has lifted the title for quite a long time and she doesn’t fear anyone.

Rollins attacks Cesaro backstage

Rollins attacked Cesaro backstage before Fastlane injuring Cesaro after which Shinsuke Nakamura took Cesaro’s spot and faced Rollins at Fastlane. Since Cesaro’s return, Rollins has been nothing but dominated by Cesaro.

Cesaro also took Rollins for a swing backstage humiliating Rollins. Tonight’s Smackdown episode can witness a brawl between both the superstars again.
