MATCH PREVIEW:

Arsenal will be back on home turf for this friendly match as they face their London rivals, Chelsea on Sunday hoping to get another victory over them.

The Gunners come into this one on the back of a 2-2 draw against Rangers in their last pre-season match where Tavares and Nketiah scored.

After a loss to Hibernian, this would not be the ideal result for them heading into the season.

They still have another pre-season match left against Tottenham before their curtain raiser against Brentford kicks starts the EPL season.

Arsenal will hope to get the right result against the UCL champions, which would give them immense confidence and morale boost.

They did manage to beat Watford in another friendly match but even so, Arsenal will know that there is a lot of work left to be done.

On the other hand, Chelsea beat Bournemouth 2-1 in their last pre-season match with Broja and Ugbo scoring the decisive goals.

Tuchel’s side finished their season on a high and with a number of players getting back to the groove, he is given a major confidence push ahead of the next season.

Both sides met each other last season with the Gunners getting the better of Chelsea on 2 occasions with the recent one being a 1-0 win for Arsenal at the Bridge.
