Barcelona La Liga Champs: Barcelona requires just a win ahead of their away trip to Espanyol if they are to win the La Liga title by tonight.
Xavi’s side is 11 points ahead at the summit and could stretch that to 14 with another win, hereby sealing the La Liga title this season.
The Catalan club last won the La Liga championship in the 2018/19 season post which they have finished runners-up in 2 of the next 3 seasons. Hence, this will be their first league title in 4 years.

Barcelona’s title run
At the start of the month, Barcelona beat Osasuna 1-0 at home to win their 26th league match of the season which all but took them towards the League title.
Alba’s effort five minutes from time was enough for Barcelona to make it 3 wins in their previous 4 matches.
