ENG vs IND: Another Team India Staff tested Positive for COVID-19, training cancelled ahead of fifth Test match

India vs England 5th Test: The fifth Test (IND vs ENG) between India and England is to be held in Manchester from tomorrow i.e. 10 September.

Earlier, another support staff of Team India has been found positive. Due to this doubts have arisen over the conduct of the final Test.

A big crisis has arisen over the last Test match between India and England (IND vs ENG). Another support staff of Team India has been found to be Corona positive.

Earlier, 3 support staff including coach Ravi Shastri have come positive. Due to this, the practice session of Team India has been suspended on Thursday. The fifth and final Test is to be held in Manchester from tomorrow i.e. 10 September. Team India is leading 2-1 in the series.

According to the news of Cricinfo, all the Indian players have been sent to their hotel rooms. All the players have been tested again on Thursday morning.  Its result is awaited. The support staff has been found positive after the test conducted on Wednesday.

Earlier, apart from coach Ravi Shastri, bowling coach Bharat Arun and fielding coach R Sridhar have come positive.

BCCI seem Concerned

The case of Covid-19 has raised momentum after the book launch program of Ravi Shastri. A large number of people had come in it. Coach Ravi Shastri and captain Virat Kohli were seen together.

After this, the BCCI had also sought clarification from Shastri and Kohli on the matter. But now the new case of COVID has raised the concern of BCCI anew.

Many players of the team are in England with family and they have children with them.
