Leeds was the better side on the day with their consistent attacking play and quick movement. Spurs have yet again floundered making it difficult to catch up with the top 4.

Bielsa’s men started off brightly as Lloris was called into action to make a save off Bamford.

The bright start reaped rewards Stuart Dallas scored to send the home side 1-0 ahead.

Reguilon deflected Harrison’s cross towards his own goal which was saved by Lloris. However, Dallas was present for the follow-up and smashed home from close range to send Leeds ahead.

Spurs retaliated as Son equalizer soon after when he latched onto Alli’s pass and finished emphatically past Meslier.

Harrison came close to giving Leeds the lead but his shot was smartly parried away by Lloris with another fine save.

Bamford restored the lead for Leeds with a tap in from close range, courtesy of some smart attacking play from Harrison and Alioski.

The Spanish international got onto Raphinha’s cross and lashed home from close range.

This was the sucker punch goal created by Raphinha, as he broke the offside trap before passing unselfishly for Rodrigo to finish.

Dallas could have made it 4-1 but Lloris once again make a crucial save right at the death.

It finished 3-1 to Leeds as Spurs chances of a top 4 finished were dashed after yet another poor performance.

An all-round performance Leeds gave them a much- deserved win after last week’s defeat.

Tottenham stay in 6^th and five points away from the top 4 while Leeds moves to 9^th in the table.
