Haaland record: Erling Haaland scored his 27th League goal of the EPL 2022-23 season to double Man City’s lead over Bournemouth on Sunday.
This goal kept him at the top of the charts in terms of goals scored but also added another record to his name in the current EPL season.

The Norwegian striker scored and provided a goal and assist each in 2 of the previous 6 matched across competitions, blanking in the other 4.
There have been recent reports of a change in Man City’s approach from last season’s style of play to involve Haaland more into the game.

But with his 27th goal today, it does not harm to the Norwegian and Man City striker as he now has the outright record for most goals in an EPL season by a player from the club.
