Team India ICC T20 World Cup Jersey: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) launched Team India’s new jersey (Team India New Jersey Launch) for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2021 mission on Wednesday.

This time the Man in Blue will be seen in a whole new style. The Indian team will wear only dark blue jersey in the upcoming World Cup. But the light blue color touch is giving it a completely new feel.

The BCCI has launched the first look of this jersey a few minutes ago with a picture of its 5 star players. Posting this picture, the board wrote on its official Twitter handle, ‘Introducing Billion Cheers Jersey. The pattern of this jersey is cheered by crores of fans of the team.

Earlier, India had launched its new jersey on the tour of Australia. Then that look of Team India was influenced by the World Cup 1992.

The Indian team’s jersey had a navy-blue retro color, which had blue, green, white and red stripes. But this time these stripes have been removed.

Presenting the Billion Cheers Jersey!

The picture posted by BCCI with its five star players. Captain Virat Kohli is seen in the middle, Ravindra Jadeja and Jasprit Bumrah are seen on the right. While vice-captain Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul are standing on the left of captain Kohli.

This time the team’s new jersey that has been made is in plain navy blue, which has been filled with light blue in the form of electric waves. These waves are said to be influenced by the cheer support of the fans of Team India.

Even though Team India will wear jersey of this pattern in the upcoming World Cup. But at present, the jersey which has been issued by the BCCI is 100% this jersey will not be used in the World Cup.

Because this jersey does not have the ICC T20 World Cup logo on the right shoulder of the players, whereas according to the rules, in the ICC tournament, the players in the ICC tournament should have the ICC logo on the right shoulder and the name of the tournament as well as the name of the host country needed.

This time though this T20 World is being held in UAE, but India is the official host of this tournament. In such a situation, India will definitely appear on the jerseys of all the players under the ICC logo and the name of the tournament.
