Indian Premier League (IPL 2021) is set to begin in April 2021. Auctions will take place on 18th February 2021 in Chennai. All the teams must be busy deciding on which players to bid for. Here are the three oldest players that might feature in this Year’s IPL.
1. Imran Tahir (41 years)

Imran Tahir is currently the oldest player set to play in the 14th IPL edition. Famous for his wicket celebrations, Tahir is retained by CSK for this year as well.
2. MS Dhoni – (39 years)

CSK had a very tough season in IPL 13. Despite losing most of the games the team has been consistent with players throught the tournament. The wicketkeeper-batsman is also the first skipper to win 100 IPL games and for the same reason, once again the team management has shown faith in Dhoni to lead CSK in IPL.
3. Chris Gayle – (41 years)
IPL 2021 Team – Kings XI Punjab (KXIP)
One of the all-time greatest IPL players, “The universe boss” has been retained by Kings Eleven Punjab. Gayle, who played only a few games in the last season, should be given more chances this year.
