IPL 2021 in UAE: Before Part 2 of IPL 2021, IPL franchises have had to struggle hard as many players had refused to play the tournament at the last minute. And now their replacements have been announced, see the list too.

When the 14th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) was postponed due to Corona virus in early May. It was clear that it would have to face a lot of difficulties in starting it.

This happened as the franchises have had to make their arrangements afresh and the teams got the most trouble when the players withdrew their names from the IPL 2021 matches to be held in UAE. In such a situation, franchisees have to work hard to find replacements.

15 players have withdrawn from the tournament before the remaining matches of IPL 2021. Which is going to take place before the T20 World Cup 2021. Some players due to injury, some players did not come to play in the second part of IPL due to personal reasons.

Apart from this, some players have taken rest keeping in mind the T20 World Cup. There are a total of 15 such foreign players, who are not playing in Part 2 of IPL 2021. However, there are two franchises in which not a single player has refused to play.

Name of the Players List:

In fact, before IPL 2021, the biggest setback was to Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), captained by Virat Kohli, when five of their players withdrew from the tournament.

These include Adam Zampa, Daniel Sams, Finn Allen, Kane Richardson and Washington Sundar (injury). Rajasthan Royals at number two has been affected the most as English players from their team have refused to play, including Jofra Archer (injury), Andrew Tye, Ben Stokes (mental health reasons) and Jos Buttler.

At the same time, three players of Punjab Kings have refused to play the remaining matches of IPL 2021, including the names of Riley Meredith, Jhye Richardson and David Malan.

Apart from this, one player each from Delhi Capitals (Chris Woakes), Kolkata Knight Riders (Pat Cummins will not play due to childbirth) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (Jani Bairstow) have also pulled out of playing.  However, replacements of all these players have been found. Which have been announced by the franchises and some players have also joined the teams.

RCB have replaced Wanindu Hasaranga in place of Zampa, Dushmanta Chamira in place of Sams, Tim David in place of Allen, George Garten in place of Richardson and Akash Deep in place of Sundar.

At the same time, Rajasthan Royals have given chance to Glenn Phillips in place of Archer, Tabrez Shamsi in place of Tye, Oshane Thomas in place of Stokes and Evin Lewis in place of Butler. Punjab Kings have picked Nathan Ellis in place of Meredith, Adil Rashid in place of Richardson and Aidan Markram in place of Malan.

Sunrisers Hyderabad have picked Sherfan Rutherford in place of Bairstow, KKR have picked Tim Southee in place of Cummins and Delhi Capitals have picked Ben Dwarshuis in place of Woakes.
