IPL 2021 Franchises Deadline: The BCCI has issued a decree that all IPL franchises have to submit the list of their players by 20 August. But there are still some players from whose side some yes and no are coming.

Australia’s legendary fast bowler Pat Cummins, who plays for KKR. He has also given the message many times that he will not be present in the second phase of IPL. But still he has not given his decision and has kept the KKR management in the dark.
