IPL 2021 UAE Sharjah: One of the most exciting cricket stadiums in the world, Sharjah Cricket Stadium is recognized globally.

Many matches of IPL 2021 are to be played in this prestigious Sharjah Cricket Stadium. Which has announced by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

This stadium has hosted 10 matches including an eliminator and a qualifier for IPL 2021. Due to which this stadium is being upgraded.

The new block of wicket is laid again.  The center of the stadium will now accommodate six pitches. It also includes four matches and two practice pitches.

They are currently building a new practice facilities with four turf wickets and four astro-turf wickets to accommodate multiple teams. During the practice session. Officials say that these will be ready on time. Before the UAE schedule for the remaining season of IPL 2021.

Detail Related to Sharjah Stadium

A new state-of-the-art fit capital gym, indoor swimming pool and many more have also been upgraded for the players to enjoy. 11 new VIP suites, a new VIP lavish dining area and improved hospitality facilities are also being built on the top level of the stadium. Visitors look forward to improved parking facilities and public spaces around gates to be more welcoming and pedestrian-friendly.

Speaking to Khaleej Times, Sharjah Cricket Stadium CEO Khalaf Bukharir said. “The atmosphere of Sharjah or as we call it ‘Sharjah Magic’ is. What sets the stadium apart from any other cricket venue in the UAE.

Over the years we have invested in all elements to ensure that players and spectators alike have a great match day experience. We still don’t know if we will be welcoming cricket fans to the stadium this IPL.

But we are certainly ready and looking forward to hosting some world-class cricket in a world-class, safe and orderly environment.”
