IPL 2021: PBKS vs RR – Sanju Samson fined for 12 Lakh rupees for slow over rate
Sanju Samson fined: Rajasthan Royals registered a thrilling two-run win over Punjab Kings in the IPL match played in Dubai on Tuesday. Karthik Tyagi played an important role in winning the match for Punjab.
With this win, Rajasthan Royals have reached number five in the points table and their chances of reaching the play-offs remain high.
But the fun of this victory for Hallabol Rajasthan was ruined when their captain Sanju Samson was fined.

Samson fined Rs 12 lakh
During the match against Punjab Kings, he was fined Rs 12 lakh for his slow over rate. As far as bowling the minimum number of overs as per the IPL Code of Conduct is concerned.
This is the first offense Punjab Kings have committed this season, an official statement said.
