Italy set records in UEFA Euro 2020 title triumph vs England| Check out


Italy Euro 2020 title: Italy has become the 4th side to win two or more Euro titles as they beat England 3-2 on penalties to emerge victorious.

This was Italy’s second Euro title after they last won in 1968, which ensured that they broke the record of longest time between successive triumphs.

Spain held that record when they won their 2nd Euro title after 44 years (1964, 2008).

Now, Italy holds this record as they won the title after 53 years (1968, 2021).

Italy follow Spain, Germany, France to become the 4th side to win 2 or more European Championship titles in their history.

La Roja and Die Mannschaft won the title thrice, while France and Italy has won the European Championship twice each.
