Jorginho will leave Chelsea after 5-years where he won the UEFA Europa League, Champions League, UEFA Super Cp and the FIFA Club World Cup.
He was also part of the Chelsea teams that finished runners-up on 3 occasions in a hat-trick of FA Cup seasons ranging from 2020 to 2022 alongside 2 EFL Cup 2nd place finishes as well.
