The Netherlands side has been on a fantastic run since March, 2021 having been undefeated in 15 matches, winning 12 of them.

A 3-0 success at home against Midtjylland was a part of this run where Madueke, Gotze and Gakpo found the back of the net as PSV won the match with ease.

They backed it up with a 4-0 against Ajax in the Super Cup too. They look the in-form side with quality, consistency adding substance to their play.

Since their loss to Odense in July, they were undefeated in 4 matches before the loss in the 1st leg against PSV.

Midtjylland overcame the loss with a 4-1 win in the Superligaen against Vejle Boldklub on Saturday.
