WWE NXT Great American Bash Result, Highlight, Winner, Grade – 06th July 2021
WWE NXT Great American Bash Result: We kick off NXT The Great American Bash 2021 with the first of three headline matches we’ll see tonight.
NXT MSK Tag Team Championships
(Nash Carter and Wes Lee) vs. Tommaso Ciampa and Timothy Thatcher
Nash and Ciampa start. The champion succeeds in the first attack before being outmatched by Thatcher. Wes takes over, but fails to level the fight. Tommaso is pushed to the opposite corner. But manages to get ahead before the commercial break. Lee applies several blows to Ciampa, but trips over the ropes because of Timothy.
The latter takes over, but the champions apply their Hot Fire Flame as a counteroffensive. Tommaso takes over and stays with Nash in his corner. The starter runs to connect a knee and relieves his partner. Timothy enters the ring, but applies an Uppercut to Ciampa by accident.
The two teams relieve and Timothy is cornered by his rivals. Carter kicks the head in his corner. Lee puts him down and hits a 450. 1 … 2 … Thatcher saves her partner! Lee receives a Fairytale Ending followed by the Ankle Lock, but his partner stops them. Wes applies a Roll-Up and ends the fight.
Winners and STILL CHAMPIONS: MSK on behalf of three
The battery reaches 90 percent and everything indicates that today we will know who is hiding.

Samoa Joe and William Regal will lead the verbal exchange between Karrion Kross and Johnny Gargano in the ring. The one from The Way repeats that the champion is afraid to get expose. When he steps into the ring with someone from the major leagues.
Karrion clarifies that he has been fighting day after day for three important goals: retaining the NXT title, becoming the maximum champion of WWE and headlining WrestleMania, and he will not let a cartoon prevent his plans.
William Regal warns that, faced with the impossibility of reaching an agreement, Karrion Kross will defend the NXT Championship against Johnny Gargano next week. And to ensure that the fight is fair, Samoa Joe will serve as the referee for this heads up.
Million Dollar Championship
L.A. Knight vs. Cameron Grimes
Grimes removes his rival from the ring and leaves him on the ground with a kick. Knight receives a Crossbody before responding with an elbow to the face.
Cameron applies a blow to the face followed by a Moonsault. The two trade blows after the commercial break. Grimes maintains dominance until he receives a Superplex from the third string. LA takes the title and the referee intercepts it. Both fighters exchange Roll-Ups before a PoisonRana on Knight.

The latter escapes and connects a DDT on the title at ringside. Cameron enters the ring of miracle and receives the BFT to end the fight.
Winner and STILL CHAMPION: LA Knight on account of three
With this loss, Cameron Grimes also forced to serve as a butler for LA Knight from now on.
Trey Baxter, Carmelo Hayes, Andre Chase, Josh Briggs, Ikemen Jiro, Joe Gacy, Odyssey Jones, Duke Hudson are revealed as the eight contestants for the 2021 NXT Breakout Tournament. Ikemen Jiro vs. Duke Hudson is announced as the opening match of the competition for next week.
NXT The Way Women’s Tag Team Championships
(Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae) vs. Io Shirai and Zoey Stark

Shirai and Hartwell start. The rudas are overcome before the commercial break. Indi traps Zoey in a lock and receives a DDT before both of them relieve their companions. Io takes Candice to her corner and together with her partner they apply a combination of Backbreaker and Superkick.
The four women collide in the ring and Shirai prepares for a Moonsault. Hartwell distracts and his partner applies a German Suplex.
THE BATTERY REACHES 100% AND TEGAN NOX IS PRESENTED! Candice is distracted and Hartwell receives a fit from Stark. 1 … 2 … 3 …
Winners and NEW COUPLE CHAMPIONS: Io Shirai and Zoey Stark on behalf of three
Hit Row celebrates Isaiah “Swerve” Scott’s title win by improvising rap verses for the CWC audience.
William Regal and Samoa Joe go over everything that happened during Great American Bash. Joe wishes the rivals luck for the maximum NXT title, warning them that he will be an impartcial judge in their starting match.
Adam Cole vs. Kyle O’Reilly
Cole entangles his rival in keys before kicking away. Kyle applies an Armbar after the commercial break and attempts an Ankle Lock. Adam reaches the rope before getting knees to the neck. The rude escapes to ringside and connects neckbreaker.
Kyle escapes from a leg lock and applies several Suplexes followed by DDT. He corners Adam with several blows before being crashed into the barricade.
Last commercial break. The two men resist attacks and Cole damages his opponent’s leg before taking a run for a knee. Adam misses the Panama Sunrise and applies a Side Suplex. Figure Four over O’Reilly before the latter reverts to an Ankle Lock.

The rude escapes and applies a Superkick before knocked out by a blow to the face. Panama Sunrise over Kyle at ringside. 1 … 2 … O’Reilly’s foot on the rope! Kyle applies a Clothesline and looks for a jump, but stopped by the Last Shot. O’Reilly receives another Panama Sunrise and one last Last Shot. 1 … 2 … 3 …
