MATCH PREVIEW:
Porto come into this one on the back of a great win over Ligue 1 champions, Lille 2-0 with Costa and Santos finding the back of the net.
The Portuguese side is undefeated in their friendlies and progressing in the right direction as they head towards the start of their season.
They are set to face Lyon in their final warm-up match after this one before the curtain raiser against Belenenses SAD at home.
On the other hand, Roma continued their good start with a 5-2 win over Debrecen on Sunday with Mayoral, Pellegrini, Zaniolo and Dzeko’s brace putting in the 5-star show for Jose’s new side.
Roma too have been undefeated in their pre-season matches with their attackers in full swing.
The Portuguese will look to keep the form going as he enters the Serie A once again with the spotlight on him and his side.
This should be a good watch as two strong sides take the field.
Both sides last met in the 2019 UCL Round of 16 where Porto won 3-1 on the night (4-3 aggregate) with Tiquinho, Marega and Telles netting the goals.
