Serie A News: Inter Milan past away Juventus to stop them winning their 10th consecutive Scudetto.
Inter Milan’s victory yesterday against Crotone confirmed that Juventus can no longer mathematically win the Serie A title this season.
Juventus are currently 5th in the league table and have secured 66 points this season. Inter are table toppers with 82 points.
With another 5 matches left, Juventus can reach a maximum of 81 points this season and hence are set to miss out on the league title for the first time in 10 years.
Juventus has won the Scudetto since 2011-12 for the next 9 years but that record would finally be broken this season.
Inter are on the verge of securing their first league title since 2010 and it’s been a long time coming for the Nerazzurri.
