It is very strange to see them last on this list, as they finished top of the points table. However, they are the team with the least number of sixes this season at 66 in 16 matches!
#7 – Sunrisers Hyderabad
SRH had a season to forget, as they finished bottom of the points table. They also finished second from bottom on this list, with 70 sixes in 14 games this season!
#6 – Mumbai Indians
The blue and gold brigade had a pretty ordinary season. After winning the title in 2019 and 2020, they failed to qualify for the playoffs in 2021. They hit only 76 sixes in their 14 games this season!

#5 – Royal Challengers Bangalore
RCB missed out on reaching the final as they were eliminated in the Eliminator for the second season running. They hit 79 sixes in their 15 games this season!
#4 – Rajasthan Royals
The pink and blue army had a pretty ordinary season overall, but they rank pretty high on this list. They hit an impressive 90 sixes in their 14 games this season!
#3 – Punjab Kings
Another team which didn’t qualify for the playoffs but rank high on this list. They hit 93 sixes this season, in their 14 games!
#2 – Kolkata Knight Riders
KKR are runners-up on this list as well. They hit 98 sixes this season, in 17 games.
#1 – Chennai Super Kings
CSK rule this list too! They lifted their 4th IPL trophy this season, and were also the team with the most number of sixes in IPL 2021! They hit a whopping 115 sixes in the 16 games they played!
