Most International Goals In Football: Sunil Chhetri scored a brace in India’s 2-0 win over Bangladesh and overtook Lionel Messi to register the second highest international goals.

The Indian captain took his tally to 74 goals in India’s victory and registered their  first win in the AFC World Cup 2022 Qualification campaign.

Chhetri is now only second to Cristiano Ronaldo in the list of most international goals scored as he struck in the 79th and 90th minute.

India reached the 3rd spot in the Qualification group behind Qatar and Oman. The Blue tigers have registered 6 points from 7 matches.
