A surprise pick for starters is Fiorentina’s Biraghi. The left-back created 85 chances in 2022.
Biraghi enjoyed his best campaign in the season gone by for the Italian side, where he scored 4 goals and set up 1 in 37 matches for the club.
He fell short of playing the entirety of the Scudetto season for ACF Fiorentina, which just goes to show how important a player he is.
The 30-year-old defender helped Fiorentina finish in 7th place in the 2021-22 season and continued his good form this season as well.
Gerard Deulofeu
Udinese may not have performed well in the Serie A and ended up outside the top half of the table but Deulofeu proved to be one of their top players.
The ex-Everton lad produced 13 goals and 5 assists in the 2021-22 season which was his first season as a permanent player.
After joining them on loan in October 2020, the club made the deal permanent after impressive performances to snap him up in the January 2021 window.
Joshua Kimmich

The par-excellence Bayern Munich and German mid-fielder had a stellar 2022 as he showcased his genius play-making ability.
Kimmich created 95 chances in the year gone by and was instrumental in helping Bayern Munich continue their top-form at the domestic level.
He scored 3 goals and set up 11 in the 2021-22 season as he won his 7th Bundesliga crown since his move in 2015.
Benjamin Bourigeaud
Bourigeaud created 106 chances for Rennes in 2022 as he enjoyed his personal best season with the club scoring 11 and assisting 12 goals in 2021-22.
The 29-year-old has been on the horizon in the last few seasons and is consistently showcasing his skills at the highest level.

The Belgian creator tops the list for most chances created in 2022 with 110 for Manchester City.
De Bruyne has been the glue that holds the Man City team together and is largely responsible in them finding the net on a consistent basis.
In a title-season which went to the final day, De Bruyne provided the assist for the title winning goal at Etihad as Man City beat Aston Villa 3-2.
Kevin De Bruyne has been directly involved in 40 goals in 41 games for Manchester City in 2022 (16 goals, 24 assists), more than any other Premier League player.
