Yesterday Triple H announced that he has retired as a professional wrestler. “The Game” has definitely hung up his boots after suffering viral pneumonia that forced him to undergo surgery.

Former WWE Champion revealed that he has a defibrillator in his chest and will no longer be able to actively compete in the ring.

The wrestling world has reacted to the news by thanking the WWE Hall of Famer for his contribution to the professional wrestling business.

During his interview with Stephen A. Smith on ESPN’s “Stephen A’s World,” Triple H revealed new details about his health and his future in WWE.

“I was already at a point in my career, ring-wise, where I felt comfortable being finished and finished.

Triple H did not specify what the exact plans were for him ahead of WrestleMania 38. On the other hand, when asked what his future is in wrestling.

The former wrestler revealed that he has returned to the office and is now focused on the search for the next WWE Superstar.

“I haven’t taken my foot off the gas. Somehow I have to back off a little bit, I’m still on the mend and my stamina is not what it used to be.
