The Czech Republic and England are confirmed to have qualified from Group D with four points. They are at least one of the third-ranked residents who qualify for the knockout stages.
Likewise Switzerland (Group A), Sweden (Group E), and France (Group F) because they both have four points. Their score is better than Finland (Group B) and Ukraine (Group C) who occupy the top three groups with one win.
However apart from Italy, Wales, Belgium, Denmark , the Netherlands, and Austria , the status of the five countries is only known after completing the last match. The fate of Finland and Ukraine also depends on it.

Group D
While the winner of the Croatia vs Scotland duel will accompany them. If its a draw, Croatia and Scotland will be eliminated.
Group E
If a draw, Slovakia qualify and Spain will be in a tight position. They need to hope Poland fail to beat Sweden. On top of that, Luis Enrique’s men also needed to compete against the other third-ranked residents.
Group F
Although currently the caretaker status, Hungary still has a chance to advance. The condition is that they conquer Germany.
