Preview:
Valencia come into this after a 2-1 loss to Mallorca in their previous La Liga clash last week.
This brought an end to their five-match unbeaten run in the league. Cavani’s effort wasn’t enough as Muriqi and Lee struck for Mallorca to inflict a 4th loss on Valencia.
This loss keeps them in the top half of the table with 15 points from 11 matches.
On the other hand, Barcelona’s UCL knockouts hopes ended in mid-week after their 3-0 loss at home to Bayern Munich.
The loss ensured a 3rd place finish for the Blaugrana side and a place in the UEFA Europa league.
This was yet another poor performance from Barcelona as they have now been dumped out from the group stage in successive seasons.
Barcelona will now look to use their league form to turn their season around and gain back confidence after their exit.
They can get to the top of the table with a win and make it a hat-trick of league wins. Both sides last met in the La Liga in February, where Barcelona won 4-1 away.

Barcelona possible 11:
ter Stegan, Alba, Garcia, Koundé, Balde, de Jong, Busquets, Pedri, Dembélé, Lewandowski and Fati
Prediction: Valencia 1-2 Barcelona
Barcelona is performing well in the league and should continue the good work, hereby gaining the win.
However, Valencia is a tough nut to crack following a decent run of results, but the visitors’ quality should be too much for them.
Players to watch out for: Lato, Cavani, Lewandowski and Pedri.
