Watch: Coca-Cola lost US$4 billion because Ronaldo removed the two bottles

Watch: Coca-Cola lost US$4 billion because Ronaldo removed the two bottles.

Coca-Cola reportedly lost US$4 billion because Cristiano Ronaldo removed the two bottles of coke from his presence at a press conference after Portugal’s victory over Hungary, Tuesday (15/6) night.

Ronaldo, 36, doesn’t appear to be a fan of soft drinks. Therefore, as soon as he sat in the press conference room, he immediately took two bottles of Coca-Cola on the table as a promotion and moved them down.

After that he put a bottle of water as a signal for people to consume more mineral water.

Some time ago, Ronaldo had said that his son drank Coca-Cola or Fanta and ate crispy food. However, the child knows that he does not like it.

It is not yet known what steps Coca-Cola will take to restore this negative image.

Ronaldo himself scored a goal through the penalty spot when Portugal won 3-0 over Hungary at the Puskas Arena, Budapest. Ronaldo added his team’s goal in injury time.
