The hosts go through the match card for Night 1. The following is a video of the Smackdown Women’s Championship Match between Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair. The hosts look back on the events between The New Day and AJ Styles / Omos of the past Raw Shows. The next video shows the feud between Cesaro & Seth Rollins. In a sponsored video, The Miz talks about WrestleMania moments and hypers the wrestling superb owl. Now a video report on Bad Bunny is being played. Kayla Braxton discusses the current weather conditions, it’s raining in Tampa Bay.
Now we see some highlights of the WWE Hall of Fame … The hosts go through the match card of the second WrestleMania Night … This is followed by the video report on the Steel Cage Match between Braun Strowman and Shane McMahon. In another video review, we see several female tag teams battling it out tonight in a # 1 Contender’s Tag Team Turmoil Match. Sonya Deville briefly joins the hosts to discuss the match. The following is the video report of the WWE Championship Match between Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre. The title match will open WrestleMania. The hosts give their prediction for the match and say goodbye.

April 10, 2021 – Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fla.
Vince McMahon takes the entire roster onto the stage and announces that the WWE Superstars have performed tirelessly for us last year, but the Superstars lacked fans. Vince McMahon thanks the WWE Universe and welcomes everyone to WrestleMania.
Pop singer Bebe Rexha sings “America The Beautiful” with a guitarist, while Vice McMahon and the superstars remain on stage. After the song, two planes fly over the stadium.

The elaborately staged video suggests the return of the biggest live event in sports entertainment. “Back with the spectacle and the passion. WrestleMania is back in business.” What follows is a look back at the WrestleMania 36 intro. “Fate cannot be stopped and our adventure continues”. Welcome to WrestleMania!
The intro is followed by greetings from US commentators Michael Cole, Samoa Joe and Byron Saxton. Michael Cole unfortunately has to inform the audience that they have to take a break because of a storm. The team of commentators talk about the WWE Championship Match.
Backstage: Shane McMahon talks to Sarah Schreiber about today’s Steel Cage Match against Braun Strowman until Bobby Lashley and MVP walk into the picture. MVP says the time to talk is over. Shane pulls back. MVP announces the grand finale of the All Mighty Era tonight. MVP knows Drew McIntyre wants the title back, but that’s not going to happen.
Suddenly Drew McIntyre shows up. He berates MVP, who stands in front of Lashley to tell the two apart. McIntyre offers Lashley to play her match in the backstage area right now. Several officials are now intervening to keep the two superstars away from each other. MVP escorts Lashley out of the picture. Drew McIntyre talks to Sarah Schreiber about the fans and the weather problem before he says: “This match will take place tonight!”
Now it’s back to the Kickoff Show Hosts Kayla Braxton, JBL and Peter Rosenberg …
Backstage: Despite the weather, Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods are in the mood and joke around with Kevin Patrick in an interview. Big E joins them, claiming that Michael Cole ruined the first WrestleMania night, as well as the night ahead, as well as the entire spring of 2021. You could also refer to this event as WrestleRainia.
Backstage: Braun Strowman tells Sarah Schreiber in a short interview that he will fight for all stupid people tonight.
Backstage: Kevin Owens speaks to Kevin Patrick about his match against Sami Zayn today. Both have already played a few matches, but none of their clashes has been so big or important.
Back to the commentators: Michael Cole and Samoa Joe protect themselves from the rain and declare they can get started in five minutes.
Backstage: Bianca Belair talks to Sarah Schreiber about her big dream. She wants to defeat Sasha Banks to win the SmackDown Womnens Championship. But having the fans back now is much bigger than you and Sasha Banks.
Backstage: Seth Rollins deliberately calls Kevin Patrick Mike to annoy him. Rollins once again complains about Cesaro for not respecting him. Rollins explains how he later defeated Cesaro.

Backstage: Sarah Schreiber is with The Miz and John Morrison. Miz reminds us that we’re not going to be at the Super Bowl or the Grammy Awards tonight because this is WrestleMania. The Miz & John Morrison promise victory over Bad Bunny and Damian Priest.
The video report of the first match of the evening follows. Michael Cole, Samoa Joe and Byron Saxton stand by the ring and declare that the storm warning is over.
Ring announcer Greg Hamilton introduces WrestleMania hosts Titus O’Neil and Hulk Hogan one after the other. O’Neil welcomes spectators to Raymond James Stadium and his city of Tampa. O’Neil talks about the energy of the fans and how they’ve been waiting for it for a full year.
Hulk Hogan explains that they will make history tonight and that it will start with their first match. Hogan mentions Bobby Lashley and the “real” audience boos. The Hulkster mentions that Lashley will face Drew McIntyre and the crowd cheers! The segment ends after a “Whatcha gonna do …”
After 40 minutes, Drew McIntyre moves in. He looks at the fans and is visibly touched …

Backstage: Titus O’Neil is with nWo members Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall and Sean Waltman. Bayley greets the group and mentions their SmackDown talk show Ding Dong! Before asking the nWo to say “Too Sweet”, but no one wants to get involved. In the end, Scott Hall is ready for it. When everyone leaves, Bayley tells Hogan to call her.
