WWE Elimination Chamber 2022 Result: WWE returns to Saudi Arabia on February 19 with the Elimination Chamber live premium event. It will be the seventh event of the controversial association established in 2018 between WWE and the Saudi government.

Unlike previous events in Saudi Arabia. This is the first time that WWE has brought one of its standard annual events to the country. The event is based on six-man matches that take place in the gigantic structure of the Elimination Chamber, in which two men start with four men locked in capsules inside the cage but outside the ring.

At regular intervals, a random capsule is opened and that contestant joins the match until there is one man left. With submission and pinfall being the only two ways to eliminate a contestant.

Let’s take a look at what we know, and what we expect, at WWE Elimination Chamber.

WWE Elimination Chamber 2022 Matches:

WWE Championship: Bobby Lashley (c) vs. Brock Lesnar vs. Seth Rollins vs. AJ Styles vs. Riddle vs. Austin Theory (Elimination Chamber):

Lashley won the title from Lesnar at the Royal Rumble, though he needed a big assist from Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman. On the following Raw, Lesnar was directly inserted into the Elimination Chamber match.

Getting into the match wasn’t that easy for Rollins, Styles, Theory and Riddle, who all had to win qualifying matches. With the field now set, and Lesnar having already won the Rumble to guarantee a title shot at WrestleMania, there are plenty of compelling ways for the match to play out.

Universal Championship – Roman Reigns (c) vs. Goldberg:

There was no clear opponent to keep Reigns busy before his matchup with Lesnar at WrestleMania and WWE became a legend. After Goldberg appeared on SmackDown to offer a typical “You’re next!” promo to Reigns, WWE made the match official. Goldberg is a staple of Saudi shows, for better or worse.

Raw Women’s Championship – Becky Lynch (c) vs. Lita:

WWE legend Lita returned to the ring at the Royal Rumble. While her return appears to be a short-term move, WWE trips to Saudi Arabia usually feature a legend or two and she fits right in here.Lita faced Lynch on the post-Rumble edition of Raw, issuing the challenge for a title match at Elimination Chamber. Lynch was up for the challenge and will now try to deflect the Hall of Famer’s efforts.

SmackDown Tag Team Championship – The Usos (c) vs. The Viking Raiders:

The Raiders were given a somewhat random shot at the tag titles. Instead of preparing for the match, The Usos picked up a victory over the Raiders on SmackDown in approximately 90 seconds. Still, the title fight goes ahead for the event.

Drew McIntyre vs. Madcap Moss:

McIntyre returned from his neck injury much quicker than expected, showing up at the Royal Rumble and chasing down Moss and Happy Corbin. In response, WWE has paired them up for the next event, likely giving McIntyre a quick win before a WrestleMania show with Corbing.
