WWE Extreme Rules Rumors: Extreme Rules is WWE’s next pay-per-view, an event that will take place on September 26 at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio.

So far, the company has announced one match, but it is expected to begin completing the card starting from next week.

Dave Meltzer, a journalist for the Wrestling Observer, has reported in his latest newsletter of a series of matches that could take place at the event. Finn Bálor does not appear on the list as a candidate for the Universal Championship.

Since tonight he will have a starting opportunity against Roman Reigns on Friday Night SmackDown. However, many media have indicated that this fight could be postponed to the PPV.
