Tonight WWE held the annual Money in The Bank event live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Paradise, Nevada. In this news we follow up live through our special direct that you can read at the bottom.
Summary of WWE Money in Teh Bank 2022
– Liv Morgan won the Money in The Bank briefcase in a fight in which Asuka Raquel Rodríguez, Lacey Evans, Becky Lynch, Shotzi and Alexa Bliss also participated. In the final moments, Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan met at the top of the stairs.
The Man pushed Ligv Morgan into the void, but Morgan managed to use the top rope with his foot to return to the center and hit Lynch to later grab the briefcase.
– Bobby Lashley defeated Theory to become the NEW United States Champion. Theory managed to hold off Lashley’s power for several minutes, but succumbed via submission in the closing moments.
Theory surprised by applying a Spear and prepared for the ATL, but Lashley reacted and applied the Hurt Lock to make his rival surrender.
– Bianca Belair defeated Carmella to retain the Raw Women’s Championship. Finishing off, Carmella slapped Bianca Belair, but the champion reacted and applied the Kiss of Death to take the victory by the count of three.
– The Usos defeated Street Profits to retain the Unified Tag Team Championship. A fight that went from less to more. Finishing off, the champions applied a combo move on Monted Ford to take the win.
However, in the replay it was seen how Ford raised his shoulder before the third clap. The Street Profits complained about that, but the decision was already made.
A cryptic promo is issued with some visual details. WWE does not reveal the identity of the protagonist of the video.
– Ronda Rousey defeated Natalya to retain the SmackDown Women’s Championship. Finishing off, Natalya tried to apply the armbar.
The Sharpshooter on the champion, but Ronda Rousey surprised by applying clamps with her legs. Natalya couldn’t take the pressure and gave up.
Once the match was over, Liv Morgan made an appearance with the Money in The Bank briefcase to redeem it. Ronda Rousey caught her.
With the Ankle Lock, but Morgan was able to wriggle out of it with some trouble. Morgan managed to apply a quick count on Rousey to win the match and the SmackDown Women’s Title.
Before the main event began, Adam Pearce made an appearance on stage and announced that the men’s ladder match would have an eighth participant: Theory.
Theory won the Money in The Bank briefcase in a match that also included Riddle, Drew McIntyre, Sheamus, Seth Rollins, Omos, Sami Zayn and Madcap Moss. In the final moments, Riddle applied an RKO to Seth Rollins from.

Sheamus is about to grab the briefcase, but Drew McIntyre draws strength from weakness and lifts the ladder from below. Sheaus falls and Drew finishes Butch applying the Claymore. Sheamus returns to the charge and they both go up the ladder, but Sami Zayn throws them into the void.

Sheamus trapped on the stairs and goes up to get the briefcase, but BUTCH appears. Between Butch and Sheamus they knock out Drew McIntyre.

Omos is back in the game. He goes up to the ring and takes care of everyone, but begins to receive blows that leave him out of the game again. Together they discover the commentators table and throw Omos on it.

Now it’s Riddle and Sheamus fighting in the ring. Riddle gets rid of his rival and later McIntyre. He can also with Madcap Moss and Rollins. Riddle climbs one of the stairs, climbs to the top and throws himself on all of his rivals, except for Omos.

What a blow Sami Zayn has taken! He was trying to climb the ladder, but Madcap Moss intercepted him and threw him onto a ladder with a Powebomb.

Rollins tries to take advantage of the general distraction to climb the ladder. Several fighters join. Sami Zayn and Rollins fall into the abyss. Sheamus and Theory fight on top. Sheamus goes down, but Moss stops Theory from taking the briefcase.

Omos returns to the ring and ends the illusions of Riddle and Sami Zayn. Giant chokeslam over Theory. Drew McIntyrue manages to get him out of the ring and between Riddle and Sheamus they knock him out with blows from the ladder. Omos ends up buried by a set of stairs.

Seth Rollins springs into action and confronts Riidle, but ends up receiving a harsh correction from the Original Bro. In the middle of the storm, Sami Zayn tries to climb the ladder, but is intercepted by Madcap Moss. Zayn gets rid of him by throwing a ladder at him.

Sheamus and Drew McIntyre exchange blows in the center of the ring, while Theory tries to take advantage of that distraction to climb the ladder. Theory is caught by both and receives a severe correction on the apron.
