WWE has in the past as well as the present had much superstars above the age of 40. One example here is Bill Goldberg who’s now 54 years old. Goldberg faced Brock Lesnar after his return in 2016 when he was 49 years old. But Goldberg is not the only superstar to have fought at such age.

R-Truth
R-Truth is a 1972 born WWE Superstar who became the WWE 24/7 Champion quite a while ago. In addition to joining the WWF in 1999, Truth also worked at TNA from 2002 to 2007. R-Truth is one of the WWE superstars who didn’t make it big as a wrestler but still earned a name. Truth is more of a comical character at the WWE than a wrestler.
MVP
MVP is yet another oldest superstar born in 1973 who’s currently present at the WWE. Making his debut at the WWE in 2005, MVP has tried it hands at multiple wrestling platforms. MVP is currently seen with Bobby Lashley and does some backend producing work at the WWE.
Rey Mysterio
Born on 11th December 1974, Rey is a WWE superstar who’s defied every stereotype ever made about any wrestler. Mysterio is the one WWE superstar who earned his name through his high flying moves.
Mysterio held the WWE Championship, Intercontinental championship and also the World Heavyweight Championship throughout his career. He even faced WWE legends like the Undertaker, John Cena etc.
Shelton Benjamin
Shelton Benjamin, born in 1975 made his debut at the WWE in 2002. In addition to working at certain other wrestling platforms, Shelton made a good name at the WWE as well. Shelton is now seen with Cedric Alexander in Tag Team matches at the WWE.
Bobby Lashley
Bobby Lashley is the almighty WWE Champion at the WWE currently. Being a 44 year old wrestler, Lashley has came miles at the WWE. Bobby is currently in circles around with Drew McIntyre who’s behind Bobby’s WWE Championship title.
