WWE News: CM Punk talks about current WWE product, and his in-ring Wrestling return
WWE News: Former WWE Champion CM Punk appeared on the Sunday Night’s Main Event podcast to promote the season premiere of “Heels” (this Sunday on Starz).
During the interview, the Straight Edge Superstar disclosed that he is not currently watching WWE. He just checked in every now and then when he was a FOX analyst last year to keep up to date with the job.
“I had to see it a bit when I was an analyst for FOX. But I mean … hmm, how should I put that diplomatically? Um no I think they (the WWE) have some wrestlers who are super great and great are in the ring, but there is nothing exciting that would make me want to look. “

Punk added that he would much rather upgrade things that he likes and show them love instead of negating something.
“They (the WWE) have never been more profitable since their inception … But it’s like ice cream, there are 31,000 flavors and everyone has their favorite flavor, I just don’t like vanilla.”
