WWE News: Vince McMahon increases his annual salary in WWE

A Friday filing with the SEC revealed that both WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon and WWE Chairman and Chief Operating Officer Nick Khan will receive more money this year.

It is said that the WWE Compensation and Human Capital Committee approved the following changes:

McMahon’s salary was increased to $2 million annually. Up from $1.4 million the previous year.

For calendar year 2022, McMahon’s “management incentive plan bonus target is set at 250% of his salary ($5 million). And his performance share unit award has a target value of 11 millions of dollars”.

While Khan’s salary remained at $1.2 million. The second part of his signing stock award was increased by $7.5 million.

Initially, he earned a signing bonus of $15 million in stock value. With 40% vesting this September and the remainder in 2025.

In addition, the “management incentive plan bonus target was set at 158% of his salary ($1.9 million). And his performance share unit award has a target value of $3.575 million.

“Per WWE bylaws, “Management Incentive Plan bonuses and Performance Stock Units are governed by the terms of our 2016 Omnibus Incentive Plan.”

In addition, Kevin Dunn received 181,192 Class A shares that are currently worth about $10 million and will vest over five years.
