WWE NXT 2.0 Result & Highlight: NXT 2.0 Result, Winners, Grade, Video| All You Need To Know – 17th May 2022

USA Network and Peacock will broadcast a new episode of WWE NXT 2.0 today, May 17, with Vic Joseph and Wade Barrett at the commentary table, live from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, FL.

The show has several attractions, such as the clash between The Creed Brothers and Viking Raiders.

Roxanne Perez and Lash Legend will participate in Round 1 of the Breakout Tournament; and Bron Breakker’s response to Joe Gacy.

The show begins with a compilation video of the first matches of the NXT Women’s Tournament. The victories of Fallon Hanley and Nikkita Lyons.

We also see the fight of Cora Jade and Natalya and the subsequent mutual respect of both.

Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams vs. Just Sikoa and Cameron Grimes
Hayes and Williams are presented as the best talents in North America.

Grimes starts with everything on Hayes, with a big boot. He hands over to Sikoa to take care of Williams.

However, when Grimes returns, Hayes waits for him with Williams to knock him down. Sikoa is indestructible and takes out both of them with a punch.

But they distract him and Hayes lands a Neckbreaker that leaves him on the canvas. During commercials.

Hayes and Williams take turns attacking and humiliating Sikoa, on the canvas or on the ropes. Sikoa manages to get out of the holds and relieves.

With Grimes, who launches himself on both rivals and applies a Dive to Hayes, and when he wants to finish him off.

Sikoa takes over and receives the attacks from Williams. Hayes applies a Suplex to Grimes but eats a Flying Slam from Sikoa. Sikoa Frog Splash for the win.
Winners: Solo Sikoa and Cameron Grimes.

Pretty Deadly joke about taking on The Creed Brothers, claiming they’re scared and terrified, but.

Then they laugh and cheer at their jokes. They comment that they will destroy every team that crosses their path to In Your House.

NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament (Round 1)

Lash Legend vs. Tatum Paxley

Legend launches with a bump on Paxley and looks for the quick count but Paxley frees himself. Tatum reverses the situation and has Lash with scissors to his neck and kicks.

Legend works on Paxley’s legs, on the canvas and against the string. He tries to break Paxley’s knee but she is saved from it.

Seeks to finish it off with a Slam but Legend is bigger and controls the situation. Paxley suplex and look for the account but it reaches two.

Paxley can’t lift Legend because of the weight and a sore knee so he eats a Pump Kick from Legend and Lash gets through to the semifinals.
Winner: Lash Legend.

Tony D’Angelo sends a message to Santso Escobar about his fight tonight. So, after some jokes.

He asks his colleagues to leave him alone with Escobar to show that he shouldn’t get involved in his business.

Duke Hudson, behind the scenes, assures that what happened with Persia Pirotta helped him think and clear his mind for what is coming in NXT.

At that moment, he is interrupted by Bron Breakker, who goes straight to the ring to give Joe Gacy his answer.

Breakker can’t believe that after treating him like dirt all these weeks, Gacy has asked him to join him. He tells Gacy to kiss his butt, that he doesn’t accept his invitation.

Gacy appears from a balcony and when he tries to speak, Bron interrupts him to tell him to stop being a coward under.

Those two henchmen and go to the ring to confront him. Gacy blurts out that there’s no need to fight in the ring, that he’ll show her.

Why she’s wrong to turn down his once-in-a-lifetime chance to join him and his cause. Gacy tells him that he made fun of his family.

Attacked his father, but even though he defeated him, he won’t be able to avoid losing control before him because he knows how to dominate him.

Gacy challenges him to a heads up where if he is disqualified, he loses his title. Breakker accepts the challenge.

Indi Hartwell assures that she no longer wants to feel bad for Dexter Lumis, so she will get up on her own.

Without a partner and without a husband. She sends a message to Mandy Rose to take care of her because she will make her big mouth shut up.

Wes Lee expresses that Xyon Quinn is not medically fit to fight, and is annoyed that he has no one to fight, doubting if it is true of his injury.

Nathan Frazer offers to fight Lee but Lee rejects him for not deserving that fight and Frazer blurts out that he hopes he will reconsider and accept the challenge.

The Viking Raiders (Erik and Ivar) vs. The Creed Brothers (Julius and Brutus Creed)
Julius starts with Erik.

But Ivar enters in his place against Brutus. The Vikings quickly recover and dominate the action.

Little by little the brothers manage to neutralize the Vikings and take them to a corner by suplexing and keying.

After the commercials, the Creed continue to dominate the fight and have IVar at their mercy.

But the Viking manages to get away from the attacks, sends Brutus out, and gets the raise with Erik, who beats up Julius and almost takes the triumph.

Brutus takes advantage of a distraction and takes Ivar high, kneed by Julius and Spinebuster but the count reaches two.

The Vikings recover, apply a tremendous slam from the top and Brutus just cuts the count. Erik launches with a Splash but Julius runs, and when he tries to cover, Ivar takes him out in time.

They distract the referee and Roderick Strong wants to interfere but is stopped by Julius, shouting that we don’t need him.

However, this distraction costs him Erik to give him a Spinning Kick and take both of their shots for victory.
Winners: The Viking Raiders.

Santos Escobar thanks him for wanting to be like him and recognizes him, but knows that despite his armor.

He knows he is terrified. But Escobar assures that he will do nothing for what happened with Cruz del Toro.

Both, along with Joaquin Wilde, complain about it. However, Elektra Lopez assures them that they should not put their emotions first to get what they want.

Bron Breakker assures that he will not be able to do anything Gacy while he has that title, which is just words.

Duke Hudson interrupts him and tells him that this is the last time he interrupts him. They agree on a match for next week.

Grayson Waller vs. Andre Chase (with Bodhi Hayward)
Waller dominates Chase in a corner and on the ropes, not letting him reply.

But Chase gets the hang of it and knocks Waller to the canvas with a speed Neckbreaker. Waller boot.

Sarray appears in the audience, booing Waller. WAller spin kicks Chase and attempts coverage but Chase is quick to save.

Chase gives Waller heavy chops and a Leg Swip, spelling out the letters from his stable, kicks Waller out of the ring. Waller receives Chase with a Cutter and takes the win.
Winner: Grayson Waller.

Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne are seeing the statements of Roxanne Perez, about their titles and that she would represent them better.

Mandy Rose arrives to ask them if they heard what Indi Hartwell said about her and they wonder.

Why they are so obsessed with them, to which Mandy shows them the title and assures Indi that she will show what she is capable of.

All Diamond Mine is fighting in the locker room. Roderick Strong snaps at the Creed that without him.

They would not have achieved the Tag Team Championship, to which the brothers leave annoyingly.

Pretty Deadly come in to taunt them and warns them that instead of playing they should be thinking about Diamond Mine for next week.

NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament (Round 1)

Roxanne Perez vs. Kiana James
James dominates Perez with her size, until she knocks her to the ground.

But Roxanne is clever and manages to dodge her attacks. A string of Dropkicks from Perez and she looks for coverage but she doesn’t get it.

James takes Perez to the ropes and punishes her there. James has Perez in a neck and back key but he gets away and now receives punishment against a cornerback.

Perez reverses James’s attempts at coverage but can’t even get to two. Perez punches to the head but she can’t get the win.

When they are in the corner, Perez surprises James with her shot and takes the win.
Winner: Roxanne Perez.

Backstage, Edris Enofe and Malik Blade do impressions of Santos Escobar and Tony D’Angelo.

But are accosted by D’Angelo’s henchmen and want to see them next week to speak their own language and teach them respect.

Cora Jade congratulates Perez on her victory and tells him that she is very proud of what she is achieving in NXT.

Elektra Lopez tells him that it is the night of Legacy of the Ghost and not of someone as insignificant as her.

Wes Lee vs. Nathan Fraser
Frazer looks for the key but Wes Lee has him well tied up to throw him into the corners, but Frazer is faster.

Manages to hit him on the run. Lee hits Frazer in the face with a rope and pulls him out of the ring before jumping on him.

Frazer recovers and jumps on Lee at ringside and I put him on the string. Lee receives it from the ropes and kicks it and a suplex.

Lee wants to control Frazer but Frazer skillfully gets rid of him. Von Wagner bursts into the ring and attacks Frazer, ending the match.
No decision.

Wagner takes Frazer out of the ring with ease and faces Lee, who tries to fight him a little.

But Wagner takes him on his shoulders and throws him towards the announce table with violence.

Santos Escobar vs. Tony D’Angelo
After an exchange of words, D’Angelo goes all out on Escobar, punching but Santos takes things to the canvas. Escobar makes fun of Tony’s dancing and laughs at him.

D’Angelo gets furious and gives Santos several chops and kicks. He takes it and leaves it against a cornerback and punishes it against the ropes.

Escobar takes Tony out of the ring but when he tries the Suicide Stop, Tony waits for him with an elbow to the face.

During commercials, Tony submits Escobar with a hard lock but cannot make him submit. Escobar dropkick and Tope Suicida at ringside.

He smashes him into the metal stairs and they go back to the ring to send him a senton. Escobar tries an elbow lock but Tony touches the rope and is saved.

Santos continues to work on Tony’s elbow, and when he wants to finish it off, Tony applies two lariats and a suplex to finish it off with a Belly to Belly.

Tremendous hurricane by Santos on Tony from the corner. Tony looks for his cane but the Legacy members have it, but are attacked from behind by Tony’s colleagues.

Tony is distracted and Escobar finishes him off with his mitten and takes the win.
Winner: Santos Escobar.
