WWE NXT 2.0 Result & Highlight: NXT 2.0 Result, Winners, Grade, Video| All You Need To Know – 19th April 2022

USA Network will broadcast a new episode of WWE NXT 2.0 today, April 19, with Vic Joseph and Wade Barrett at the commentary table, live from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, FL.

This week’s show has several attractions, such as Natalya’s return to the brand’s ring; the clash.

Between Carmelo Hayes and the leader of Legacy of the Ghost, Santos Escobar and the settling of accounts between Grayson Waller.

The program begins with a review of the Gauntlet Match for the NXT Tag Team Championships. Directly in the ring.

The champions Kit Wilson and Elton Prince, Pretty Deadly, are in the ring with microphones.

A separate video is also seen in which Bron Breakker arrives at the venue.

Pretty Deadly presumes obtaining the titles and assures that they made history last week in the Gauntlet Match.

They were used to having the United Kingdom titles, but now they will get used to the NXT ones.

Because they got bored of being there and wanted another challenge, which was not difficult for them to break.

Grizzled Young Vets interrupt their speech to insult them for their verbiage, and wonder why they weren’t invited to last week’s match.

They also don’t pass up the opportunity to poke fun.

Claiming that Pretty Deadly won the titles because they were no longer in the UK. And that they won last week because they weren’t there.

Zack Gibson and James Drake want their chance right now.

But Legacy of the Ghost enters the arena and attacks the British, stopping them from reaching the Monarchs.

Bron Breakker enters the ring. He has a few words for Joe Gacy, wonders what he’s willing to sacrifice for him.

They calls for Gacy to come out and face him face to face. Let him come and bring you his father’s Hall of Fame ring.

Gacy’s laugh is heard echoing through the arena, to which Breakker goes out in search of him.

While a collage of Gacy appears on the giant screen and scenery.

As they prepare for the first match, Santos Escobar is seen in a pre-recorded video from Saturday, where he reacts to Carmelo Hayes’ words from last week.

In the video, Escobar blurts out to Hayes that he should get to the back of the line for the title, that his chance has passed for him.

In a new video, Hayes and Trick Williams make fun of Escobar.

Williams assures that he wants to fight again tonight and bring the title back to Hayes.

Hayes lashes out and threatens Escobar that it will be his first casualty on his new path to the NXT North American Championship.

Tiffany Stratton vs. Saray
Stratton starts strong, wanting to give Sarray a beating. She kicks him to the midsection and then a wrist lock.

But the Japanese escapes before the attack and goes on the offensive in speed. Stratton counters Sarray and works her against the ropes.

In the middle we see the confirmation of Grizzled Young Veterans against Legacy of the Ghost tonight.

Tiffany controls the Japanese well against the corners and the ropes.

Being very strong in her kicks and punches, however the Japanese recovers and attacks with everything she has.

A bit of a strong fight against the blonde but Stratton manages to prevail over the siege and applies a Vader Bomb for victory.
Winner: Tiffany Stratton.

The Grizzled Young Vets are arguing backstage when they run into Bron Breakker, who is still looking for Gacy.

At one point, the voice of Rick Steiner, Bron’s father, is heard, to which his son follows the sound.

Rick is heard congratulating him, but when he arrives at the scene.

There is only a tablet playing his father’s voice. Breakker is still looking for Gacy.

In a moment of flirtation, Pretty Deadly meets Persia Pirotta and Indi Hartwell, but the women challenge them to a fight.

The titles to which the British accept, believing it was against them, but they reveal that their rivals will be Dexter Lumis and Duke Hudson.

Grayson Waller alleges that he had to fire Sanga because she was of no use to him, and that without him, Sanga will not achieve anything in NXT or WWE.

Chase University interrupts him, buying time for Sanga to arrive.

But Waller pushes Chase away and runs away in terror. Sanga chases him into the ring.

Grayson Waller vs. Sangha
Sanga doesn’t go around beating around the bush and crushes Waller, with throws all over the ring and very hard blows.

Things go to ringside and Sanga tries a chokeslam on the announce table, but Waller stops him and crashes his head against one of the string posts.

They both go to the ring, Waller applies a modified Stunner and triumphs over Sanga for three.
Winner: Grayson Waller.

In a previously recorded video, we see a sad Cora Jade talking about what happened with Natalya last week. Ella jade recounts how she met Natalya and shows a photo that she took with the Canadian, in that her countenance changes from her.

She comments that you should never meet your idols because you will be very disappointed.

Immediately afterwards, she tears up the photo with Nattie and leaves the camera.

They show us a video featuring Roxanne Perez. She says that she spent many hours of her day playing.

WWE video games on an old Playstation 2 but that she is about to leave that game and enter real life.

Toxic Attraction interrupts an interview that she was about to have and welcomes her to NXT.

Mandy Rose assures her that she shouldn’t have the bar too high for her debut, but Perez blurts out that.

She’s going to come up with something to shine, to which Rose is furious.

Legacy of the Ghost (Joaquin Wilde and Cruz del Toro) vs. Grizzled Young Veterans (Zack Gibson and James Drake)

Legacy takes action with quick movements and taking the British out of the ring.

But the former United Kingdom champions neutralize the attacks at ringside and work on Wilde.

Cruz del Toro enters to match the actions with chops and clotheslines. He applies a Hurricarana and they both come together to give Drake a double DDT.

They take Gibson out of circulation and connect a Shinning Wizard to Drake for the win.
Winners: Legacy of the Phantom.

While Santos Escobar waits for Carmelo Hayes in the center of the ring, and calls him to face him.

Wes Lee is interviewed backstage. Lee reveals that he feels lost after a chaotic and difficult week.

Xyon Quinn appears and challenges Lee to a match for the next week. Wes Lee agrees.

Santos Escobar vs. Carmelo Hayes (with Trick Williams)

The fight begins with attempts to hang the rival with the ropes, by both, being separated by the referee.

But Escobar goes in front with a Dropkick, tries to be distracted by Williams and eats a Neckbreaker from Hayes. After the commercials.

Escobar resumes the actions and hits Hayes against the cornerbacks but Hayes stops him and begins to use locks and keys with him.

Escobar crawls as he attempts a Boston Crab and a few more moves.

Santos punches Hayes several times and launches himself with a Suicide Stop to the outside.

But when he tries to finish off Hayes, two guys dressed in suits and top hats attack him with a cane, while the referee was distracted.

Hayes connects a Dropkick to the neck and gets the win.
Winner: Carmelo Hayes.

After the match, Hayes takes the microphone and exclaims that next week he has a shot at the NXT North American Championship and will become a two-time champion.

Cameron Grimes shows up and reminds Hayes that last week he didn’t have the balls to call him out, to which Hayes tells him to come up on time.

Grimes does but Solo Sikoa comes up from behind and finishes off Hayes and Williams, stares at Grimes and the title and quietly walks away.

Again we see Breakker looking for Gacy. The champion enters a very strange room, in which he can see Gacy in a reflection.

Bron breaks the mirror thinking it was a window and desperately screams where Gacy is.

Natalia vs. Tatum Paxley
Nattie wants to neutralize Paxley at all times.

They not letting her move and taking her to the ropes, but Tatum reacts and sends the Canadian out of the ring in a very brave way.

Natalya however applies a Clothesline and a Suplex at ringside to weaken her.

Paxley tries a Swanton despite everything and takes the victory, but Nattie drags her and applies the Sharshooter to end the contest.
Winner: Natalya.

As we watch Xyon Quinn’s arrival in the ring, we are shown a promotional video for Nathan Frazer’s soon-to-be debut in NXT 2.0.

INdi Hartwell tries to match Dexter Lumis and Duke Hudson for his match against Pretty Deadly, while Hudson wants to work out a plan with Lumis.

However, being expressionless, he does not know how to communicate.

But Indi understands everything to Dexter, something that leaves Hudson confused, who angrily leaves.

Xyon Quinn vs. Wes Lee
At full speed, Wes Lee lashes out with a Cannonball and a kick that throws Quinn out.

Before launching himself with a Suicide Stop. But Quinn recovers and hits the edge of the ring.

He quickly turns the match around and overpowers Lee. He tries to counter with kicks and punches but Quinn is even stronger and brutally prevails.

Lee superkicks and attempts another move which Quinn stops and elbows Lee for the win.
Winner: Xyon Quinn.

Natalya is interviewed backstage and assures that what happened last week with Cora Jade was self-defense, not an attack.

She needs to keep an eye on all the fighters here as they all want a piece of her.

Nikkita Lyons appears and blurts out that once she’s done with Lash Legend, she’ll follow Natalya.

Nattie tells him that she’ll have to get past her Sharpshooter, to which Lyons replies that she’s flexible enough to get past him.

Roxanne Perez vs. Jacy Jayne
Jayne doesn’t take Perez seriously and tries to intimidate him, teasing her.

But Roxanne is fast and exchanges quick counts with the one from Toxic Attraction.

But Jayne manages to pick her up and hit the top of the ropes, something that leaves Perez dizzy.

At that moment, Wendy Choo comes out on the giant screen, in the Toxic Attraction locker room.

Shows that she did a makeover: she was totally messy and ripped a poster of the group.

Jayne gets distracted and eats the count of three after a Code Red from Roxanne.
Winner: Roxanne Perez.

Legacy of the Ghost, with Santos Escobar in the lead, is seen in the parking lot.

When they arrive at the place of her vehicle they see that it is vandalized and with several dead fish in its front part, on the hood.

Vic Joseph and Wade Barrett announce that the NXT North American Championship will be defended next week on NXT 2.0 in a Triple Threat Match.

Cameron Grimes’ opponents will be Solo Sikoa and Carmelo Hayes.

NXT Tag Team Championships

Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince and Kit Wilson) (c) vs. Dexter Lumis and Duke Hudson (with Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta)

The combat begins with locks at the head and many relays by the British, leaving their rivals unable to move.

Pretty Deadly comes out and poses with Hartwell and Pirotta,

Which makes Lumis and Hudson angry and they are brought back into the ring.

After the commercials, Lumis has Elton Prince trapped in a headlock but escapes and calls Wilson for a hand and they both attack Dexter.

Lumis breaks free of the Brits and switches with Hudson, who comes in and overwhelms the champions with tackles and powerful strikes.

The champions distract Hudosn and almost win.

They again distract Hudson and drag Lumis to finish off the match and retain the tag team titles.

Winners and STILL champions: Pretty Deadly.

Joe Gacy is at ringside. He assures that he is a difficult man to find. Bron Breakker appears and faces him.

Gacy comments that if he only wanted his father’s ring, he would have given it to him.

But on one condition: he wants an NXT Championship match at Spring Breakin’, in two weeks.

Gacy tells him that he needs to take a leap of faith before pushing him off the podium, to which he beats up Bron.

Gacy celebrates triumphantly and Breakker is all bruised on the ground. To close, a group of men appear and jump on Bron to end the show.
