WWE NXT American Bash Result & Highlight: NXT Result, Winners, Grade, Video| All You Need To Know – 05th July 2022
USA Network will broadcast today, July 5, the special episode of WWE NXT The Great American Bash, with Vic Joseph and Wade Barrett at the commentary table, live from.
The WWE Performance Center in Orlando, FL. The show has several attractions, such as the fight for the NXT Championship between Bron Breakker and Cameron Grimes.
Carmelo Hayes vs. Grayson Waller for the NXT North American Championship and The Creed Brothers vs. Diamond Mine for the NXT Tag Team Championships.
We watch a video of superstars talking about tonight’s card, all enjoying the summer heat and the pool.
They review the rivalries of each match and give their opinion on them. Duke Hudson and Sanga get into a pool splash war, ending the segment.
NXT Women’s Tag Team Championships
Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade vs. Toxic Attraction (Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne) (c) (with Mandy Rose)
Cora doesn’t let Jayne attack and knocks her down with kicks and lariats. Dolin enters and lowers his fumes with knees.
But Perez takes over and works on Dolin’s neck, until the champion throws her against her corner. After commercials, Dolin dominates Roxanne.
Against the ropes, while she is beaten by Jayne. The challengers change their advantage and go on to hit Jayne with Dropkicks and Superkicks.
Mandy Rose is sent backstage for removing the referee from the count, but the champions are distracted and Perez finishes off Gigi Dolin to keep the titles.
Winners and NEW champions: Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade.
Someone asks Bron Breakker in the parking lot how his shoulder is after Cameron Grimes’ attack, to which the champion replies that he is perfect.
The D’Angelo Family meets with part of Legacy of the Ghost and tells him that they have unfinished business. He assures them.
That he already took care of Santos Escobar, and shows them a photo of Escobar in a hospital bed, all bruised, and Tony D gives them one last chance for next week.
Wes Lee vs. Trick Williams (with Carmelo Hayes)
Willams dominates from the start, knocking Lee down with just his body as he collided with him. Lee tries to apply lariats and dropkicks to get him.
Out of circulation but Trick is stronger and counters well. Trick goes down to ringside and water is thrown on his hands with a bottle.
But when he hits Lee, he rubs it on his face and it burns, being another type of liquid. He finishes off Lee and takes the win.
Winner: Trick Williams.
Tiffany Stratton vs. Wendy Cho
In the locker room, Tiffany Stratton tricks Wendy Choo into.
Following her and attacks her against all the objects she finds on the racks, leaving her rival very sore. They take the stuff to the compound.
But this time, Choo gets the upper hand and attacks Stratton. Wendy tries to cover for Tiffany but she quickly shakes it off and takes over.
Choo grabs Stratton’s hair but is punched in the face by her. Stratton’s Double Foot Stomp but Choo evades the count. Tiffany removes Choo’s fingernail, but.
WWE American Bash Result Latest News:
She can’t block her kicks. Tiffany’s powerbomb but Choo is saved. Stratton finishes off Choo and wins the match.
Winner: Tiffany Stratton.
Roxanne Perez announces that she will cash in her NXT Breakout Tournament contract and go for Mandy Rose’s NXT Women’s Championship next week.
Apollo Crews comes out on stage. He praises the NXT fans for making his return very enjoyable, and assures them that he will be on NXT every week. Coming home has been the best thing for him.
He sends a message to Xyon Quinn, assuring that NXT is different. He highlights each of the members of the locker room, with their skills and attitude to be in the ring.
Giovanni Vinci interrupts his promo. He expresses to Apollo that he knows he took him off his list because he knows he can’t and won’t face him.
Vinci tells him that he improved it and that he has more style. Crews invites him to get into the ring to fix things. He tells him that he can make fools of the fans.
But not him: he doesn’t have the clothes to fight, but that next week, he will be ready. And he gives him seven days so that he can say goodbye to his children.
NXT North American Championship
Grayson Waller vs. Carmelo Hayes (c)
He has me at the mercy of Waller, with kicks, helped by the ropes and without letting him get up.
They have an answer. After commercials, Waller turned the balance and is up. He applies a brutal Jump to Carmelo to get the advantage.
Spinning Kick from Waller but Hayes gets up fast and hits the challenger hard. Grayson tries a coverage on Hayes but the champion is saved in two.
Wes Lee attacks Williams and distracts Waller but Hayes finishes off Waller and retains the title.
Winner and STILL champion: Carmelo Hayes.
NXT Tag Team Championships
Diamond Mine (Roderick Strong and Damon Kemp) vs. The Creed Brothers (Julius and Brutus Creed) (c)
Very even between mabos, Brutus and Kemp carry the actions with power and fiercely launch themselves at ringside.
Kemp applies a brutal suplex to Julius in commercials and dominates him in the ring. Strong wants to take a bit of the cake over the sore brothers.
But he takes over from Kemp who was still tired and receives the shot from the Creed so that they retain the championships.
Winners and STILL champions: The Creed Brothers.
NXT Championship
Cameron Grimes vs. Bron Breakker (c)
Grimes works Bron’s injured arm, his shoulder, denoting that he is not fully recovered. In commercials, Bron dominates Grimes on the canvas, not letting him get up.
However, after the return, Cameron throws Breakker over the ropes to ringside and rams him to the ground. Grimes continues with the attacks on Bron’s sore shoulder
But the champion crashes him with a Spinebuster against the canvas. Grimes resists an incredible blow from Bron and is saved from the count of three.
Bron dodges Grimes’s shot and applies a Spear to retain the title. Winner and STILL champion: Bron Breakker.
JD McDonagh appears by surprise and hits Bron Breakker from behind! He lays Bron on his back and poses triumphantly.
