WWE NXT Result: 13th April – Full Results NXT, Ratings, Videos and grades, best & worst moments.
At the beginning of the show, the new NXT Champion Karrion Kross (w / Scarlett) walks into the ring. Kross talks about his win against Finn Bálor on NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver and claims that it was just a matter of time before he won the act. Kross considers Bálor to be one of the greatest of all time, but emotions are his weakness. Therefore, Kross used Bálors emotions to his advantage. Kross now takes command of NXT and challenges anyone who wants to stand in his way.
The NXT commentary team consisting of Vic Joseph, Beth Phoenix and Wade Barrrett greeted the audience.
1st Match
NXT Tag Team Championship
MSK: Wes Lee & Nash Carter (c) defeated Drake Maverick & Killian Dain after MSK’s assisted blockbuster against Maverick, followed by a flip dive from Carter against Dain and then Lee’s successful pinfall on Maverick
After the match: Alexander Wolfe confronts Dain. Wolfe had recently tried to recruit Dain, but Dain hadn’t joined the Stable Empire. Marcel Barthel and Fabian Aichner join Wolfe and beat Dain down. Afterwards, Imperium pose.
Backstage: Robert Stone is out with Aliyah when suddenly Mercedes Martinez shows up and demands her money. Martinez grabs Aliyah’s neck and chokes her while Stone tries to calm the situation down. Suddenly Jessi Kamea intervenes and confronts Martinez. Both women will compete against each other afterwards.
We see the arrival of Roderick Strong with his wife Marina Shafir.
Now follows exclusive video material from the unsanctioned match between Kyle O’Reilly and Adam Cole on the second NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver night. After the highlights of the match, the exclusive scenes followed. You could see how Cole was brought out of the ring in an ambulance on a stretcher. O’Reilly collapsed in the backstage area and was also taken to an ambulance. Both ambulances reached the emergency room at the same time. Both superstars were recorded together. William Regal was also there. Adam Cole, lying on the stretcher, cursed O’Reilly.

2. Match
Mercedes Martinez defeated Jessi Kamea (w / Robert Stone & Aliyah) after a modified air raid crash
After the match: Robert Stone & Aliyah want to flee, but Martinez grabs Stone and demands her money, which she gets from him in cash . Martinez then issues a warning to the new NXT Women’s Champion Raquel Gonzalez.
Backstage: McKenzie Mitchell does an interview with The Way. The group is talking about today’s main event match against Lumis, Reed, Blackheart & Moon. LeRae and Gargano don’t like that Indi Hartwell continues to adore “Dexter Lumis”.
Video: Isaiah “Swerve” Scott is in the music studio claiming he was the star in the Gauntlet Eliminator Match. Afterwards he will get Leon Ruff out of the way. Legado del Fantasma make their way into the ring. Escobar brags about making the NXT Cruiserweight Champion title meaningful. Escobar talks about being a champion like his father and his son will become a future champion. Then Escobar presents an open challenge, which Kushida accepts. 3rd match
NXT Cruiserweight Championship
Kushida defeated Santos Escobar (c) via rollup –Â TITLE CHANGE!
New NXT Cruiserweight Champion: Kushida
Backstage: We see Tommaso Ciampa and Timothy Thatcher. Ciampa remembers how strong both are as a team and of his match against WALTER. NXT now has new NXT Tag Team Champs and a new NXT Champion. Ciampa tosses his chair on the floor and explains that he and Thatcher want the Tag Team titles.
Backstage: William Regal congratulates Kushida on winning the title. Jordan Devlin also shows up and congratulates Kushida in a condescending way. Devlin claims that Escobar didn’t really beat him. However, he will now return to England, but will take the title when he is back in the USA.
Dakota Kai is in the ring introducing the new NXT Womens Champ Raquel Gonzalez. Gonzalez steps in the ring and talks about how she lost her first title chance a year and a half ago. She trained harder from then on to get to where she is today. One person recognized their devotion and that is Dakota Kai. Gonzalez recalls her past with Kai as a team in Portland, where they jointly became the first women’s tag team champions. Kai adds that she and Gonzalez dominated the Women’s Tag Team Division. Gonzalez has the greatest respect for Io Shirai, but the Gonzalez era is only just beginning. Suddenly the light goes out.
A new EntranceTheme sounds and Frank Money (aka Taya Valkyrie) walks into the ring with her little dog. Monet congratulates Gonzalez on winning the title and calls himself “La Wera Loca” Franky Monet. Monet claims to make the best division on the planet even shinier and better with their presence. And now that Gonzalez is at the helm of Monet’s division, she’ll be seeing more of her soon.
Gonzalez says that Monet is lucky because they are in a good mood tonight, but if she got in her way, she would shove her dog up Monet’s butt. Monet remains calm and demands that Gonzalez impress her weekly from now on.
As Monet leaves the ring, Raw Womens Champion Rhea Ripley plays music. Ripley gets in the ring and hugs Gonzalez. After that, SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair can also be seen. On the video screen, we see a picture of all three women hanging out at WrestleMania. Ripley, Gonzalez and Belair pose. An NXT chant follows.
Backstage: Pete Dunne talks about his appearance on NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver. He showed there that he is the best technical wrestler in the WWE and now wants to win title gold.
Video: William Regal, Simon Inoki and Meiko Satomura discuss Surray’s Japanese wrestler debut next week on WWE NXT.
Backstage: William Regal hypers Surray’s upcoming gig at McKenzie Mitchell’s before heading to his office. Roderick Strong (w / Marina Shafir) is already waiting there, he hands Regal an envelope and says: “I’m done!” Strong says goodbye to Regal and leaves.
4. Match
Isaiah “Swerve” Scott defeated Leon Ruff with the JML Driver
Backstage: McKenzie Mitchell wants to interview Zoey Stark, but Mercedes interrupts Martinez and describes Stark as a rookie. Stark then says: “We’ll see!”
Imperium Video: WALTER claims that Tommaso Ciampa was one of his best challengers to date, but he is still UK Champion. The goal of Imperium is to bring respect to the sport. Empire will be unstoppable and expand. Walter ends the promo with the words: “The mat is sacred!”
Backstage: McKenzie Mitchell wants to find out from Isaiah Scott whether his feud with Leon Ruff is over. Ruff attacks Scott, making it clear it isn’t over until he says it’s over. Several officials are now intervening.
5th Match
Eight-Person Mixed Tag Team Match
Bronson Reed, Dexter Lumis, Shotzi Blackheart & Ember Moon defeated The Way: Johnny Gargano, Candice LeRae, Indi Hartwell, & Austin Theory after the Tsunami Splash of Reed versus Theory – before that Dexter brought Lumis the motionless Indi Hartwell (who had only pretended to be faint) from the Hall.
Vic Joseph announced that Kyle O’Reilly will appear on NXT for the first time after his match against Adam Cole next week. Reed partying with the Women’s Tag Team Champions until the show ends.
