WWE NXT Result & Highlight – New Women’s Champion, Karrion Kross, Falls count anywhere and more – 04th May 2021.

1st Match

Isaiah “Swerve” Scott defeated Leon Ruff after a JML driver – previously AJ Francis (a guy from Scott’s entourage) gave Ruff a Death Valley driver on the ring fence

Video: We see the arrival of Finn Bálor.

Backstage: Johnny Gargano and Austin Theory storm into William Regal’s office, but Scarlett is with him. Gargano would therefore like to talk to Regal later. Meanwhile, Theory looks at Scarlett’s chest area. He is amazed and says: “They are huge, Are they real?” Ultimately, Theory relates the question to Scarlett’s fingernails. Gargano pulls Theory out of Regal’s office.

2. Match
Cameron Grimes defeated Asher Hale after the Cave In

Backstage: McKenzie Mitchell interviews Kayden Carter and Kacy Catanzaro. Carter talks about how they gave up on Xia Li and moved away from Tian Sha.

Catanzaro mentions what goal she and Carter have, both aiming to win the tag team titles. Franky Monet (w / dog Presley) interrupts the interview and makes fun of the fighting spirit of both women and expresses himself quite condescendingly.

Backstage: Ever Rise visits Cameron Grimes. However, Grimes replies to both of them that there is only room for three and those three are “Me, me and Cameron Grimes!” Grimes leaves the scene laughing.

Zack Gibson and James Drake are already in the ring talking about their rivals Tommaso Ciampa and Timothy Thatcher. Drake calls fans swamp creatures. Gibson also pulls at the fans and is interrupted by the arrival of Ciampa & Thatcher, even before his “Soon to be recognized” catchphrase.

3. Match
Tag Team Match
Tommaso Ciampa & Timothy Thatcher def. The Grizzled Young Veterans: James Drake & Zack Gibson after Thatcher put Wade Barrett’s shoe (Ciampa threw it in the ring) against Gibson’s head – the referee was distracted from Ciampa at the crucial moment.

Backstage: Gargano and Theory want NXT GM to pay William Regal another visit to the office. Both meet Regal in the hallway. Gargano asks Regal not to let the future match against Bronson Reed take place. But Regal does not consider complying with Gargano’s request.

Regal also spoke to Scarlett. Theory’s “new girlfriend” has scheduled a match. Theory will play against Karrion Kross. Theory is shocked that Scarlett sees him as a friend, failing to realize that Regal was only being sarcastic.

Backstage: Isaiah “Swerve” Scott leaves the building with his new stable. Besides Isaiah “Swerve” Scott, the group consists of two males and one female and is referred to as his “crew”.

What follows is a hype video about Sarray.

NXT Champion Karrion Kross goes into the ring with his Scarlett. Kross says he made his point a few weeks ago. He is ready for his opponents who have to prove themselves against him. Kross promises to dispatch Austin Theory within the next week.

Suddenly Kyle O’Reilly’s music starts playing. The Canadian wrestler makes it clear that he is not afraid of Kross and challenges the champ to a match.

Pete Dunne shows up and doesn’t care if the WWE Universe wants to see O’Reilly vs. Kross, because he’s “The Baddest Man in NXT” and demands.

Now Finn Bálor moves in. In the ring, Bálor wants to use the microphone he brought with him against Kross, but Kross puts up considerable resistance, not only against Bálor, but also against Dunne. In the end, the NXT Champ stays in the ring. Security is now also on site. Kross incapacitates a security man with a suplex.

When Kross victoriously raises his title, he is attacked from behind by Gargano and Theory. Kross successfully defends himself at first, but Gargano and Theory miss Kross Stereo Superkicks. Gargano Kross then struck down with his title. Both heels leave the ring.

During the commercial break: Gargano and Theory quickly get out of the building and drive away. The alleged reason: Both would like to prepare the victory celebration for Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell.

4. Match
Sarray defeated Zayda Ramier after a suplex

Backstage: WALTER is holding a video conference with Marcel Barthel, Fabien Aichner and Alexander Wolfe in German. He tells his comrades the following about their match from the previous week: “You can’t celebrate the victory, I think, because I have to remind you of our mission.

Backstage: Sarray thanks Ramier for the match. An angry Toni Storm shows up, but Zoey Stark grabs Storm. Referee Drake Wuertz shows up and walks away with Storm.

5. Match
LA Knight defeated Jake Atlas on the BFT

Backstage: Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae prepare for their big match. Dexter Lumis stands behind a door with a bouquet of roses. Candice sees him and closes the blinds so that Indi doesn’t notice.

Backstage: Toni Storm blasphemed Zoey Stark. Storm brought Stark into the business and she will make sure that it goes away again.

Fantasma are in the ring and boast of their victory from the previous week. They want to regain their titles soon. KUSHIDA appears on the big video screen and laments the events of the previous week. Legado del Fantasma just went too far. KUSHIDA is offering Escobar a title match in the coming week. Esobar accepts the match.

This is followed by a short split-screen interview with Mercedes Martinez and Raquel Gonzalez. Both discuss their match, which will take place in the coming week. Both are extremely confident of victory.

Backstage: Shotzi Blackheart sees Franky Monet’s dog Presley and is completely enchanted because he is so cute. But only a moment later, they both learn that Presley left his business in the Blackheart mini tank.

Video: MVP wants to attend an event, but the doorman does not allow him entry. Suddenly the Million Dollar Man “TedDiBiase” shows up and tells Grimes that he has bought the entire venue. The Million Dollar Man laughs and Grimes remains angry.
