WWE NXT Result: We started a new episode of WWE NXT with the entrance to the ring of Samoa Joe with street clothes.
The yellow brand’s co-manager calls Karrion Kross to fight, but William Regal stops him by asking him to consider his options. Joe warns that he will put someone to sleep tonight before agreeing to his management partner.
Xia Li gives behind-the-scenes statements . The fighter warns that she will make history as China’s first women’s champion in tonight’s central event, and will stop anyone who wishes to snatch her aspirations.
WWE NXT Result
Team Match
Bobby Fish and Kushida vs. Diamond Mine (Tyler Rust and Roderick Strong) (with Malcolm Bivens and Hideki Suzuki)
The fight begins during the commercial break. Bobby endangers Strong before attacking him alongside the cruiserweight champion.
The one in Diamond Mine receives a fierce lock on his back before calling out to his partner. Roderick gets the upper hand with a knee to Kushida’s back. Diamond Mine dominate until the champion applies a double kick.
Bobby takes over and gains an advantage over his rivals. Strong throws his opponent against the edge of the ring before another commercial cut.
Diamond Mine hold the upper hand until Bobby escapes from a Rust lock with his Spinebuster.
The two teams relieve and Kushida manages to face the leader of the rival group. Rust takes over and engages with the cruiser champion until he receives the Fujiwara Armbar and hits the canvas.
Winners: Bobby Fish and Kushida by surrender
NXT TakeOver 36 will take place on Sunday, August 22 , that is, the day after SummerSlam 2021.
Franky Monet (with Jessi Kamea) vs. Jacy Jayne
Jayne gains some advantage after receiving punishment from her rival. Mandy Rose approaches the commentary table to observe the situation before Franky survives a Neckbreaker for his Road to Valhalla. 1 … 2 … 3 …
Winner: Franky Monet on account of three
It is confirmed that the June 27 and August 3 episodes of NXT will be broadcast on the SyFy network in the United States. The first of these shows will receive a heads-up between Bronson Reed and Adam Cole .
Kyle O’Reilly vs. Austin Theory
The two wrestlers test their strength and exchange keys until O’Reilly throws his rival out of the ring for a back kick. We return from the commercial break with Theory applying several blows to his opponent’s chest.
Kyle trips Austin with a kick before applying an Ankle Lock. The one from “The Way” touches the rope and gets up for an attack on his opponent’s back. O’Reilly responds to the kicks and applies his knee from the third rope. He finishes with a leg lock that he holds even after his opponent hits the mat.
Winner: Kyle O’Reilly by surrender
Raquel Gonzales is interviewed behind the scenes . The women’s champion thinks that everyone gives warnings like Xia Li’s, but she has not stopped taking care of anyone who tries to snatch the gold from her.
Legado del Fantasma appear on stage with two masked mariachis , but Santos Escobar quickly rejects them since the public does not deserve to hear the music of their nation. Hit-Row appear and throw various rhymes mocking the Latinos in the ring.

Escobar vows to snatch the title from “Swerve,” enraging the latter and luring his group into the ring. The two teams get into a physical altercation until Joaquin Wilde receives a great guitar from the North American champion.
The Way presents discrepancies behind the scenes until Austin Theory decides to leave the CWC without his companions finding out.
Samoa Joe is still waiting for Karrion Kross despite warnings from William Regal.

NXT Breakout Tournament (Round 1)
Andre Chase vs. Odyssey Jones
Jones surpasses his rival in strength more than once before falling to the ground with several kicks to his legs. Andre is thrown to ringside and surprises his rival by hitting him against the barricade.
Odyssey receives a Neckbreaker followed by a Moonsault from the third rope. The giant recovers and throws his rival against the canvas for victory.
Winner: Odyssey Jones on account of three
A video of IMPERIUM criticizing the tag team division interrupts MSK’s remarks behind the scenes.
Announced Timothy Thatcher and Tommaso Ciampa against Pete Dunne and Oney Lorcan for the show next week on SyFy.
Drake Maverick vs. LA Knight (with Cameron Grimes)
Maverick applies the first attacks before receiving a Backbreaker in the center of the ring. Knight is distracted by his butler and allows Drake to connect a Hurray. LA tosses his opponent to the mat before reprimanding Grimes. Maverick throws his rival against the belt worn by Cameron and applies a Roll-Up to steal the win.
Winner: Drake Maverick on the count of three
LA Knight attacks Maverick after the fight and forces his butler to beat him up as well. Cameron stoops to do their bidding and punches Drake across the face.
Announced Carmelo conbtra Josh Hayes Briggs for the first round of the NXT Breakout Tournament next week.
NXT Women’s Championship
Raquel Gonzales (with Dakota Kai) vs. Xia Li
Raquel knocks down her rival before taking multiple hits to the face. The champion applies a kick and sends her opponent towards the barricade. Xia responds by entangling her opponent’s leg in the barrier and throwing her towards the steel steps.
Li’s punishment of her rival continues after the commercial break. Raquel responds with an elbow from the third rope that knocks out her rival. The referee and the doctors allow the fight to continue, which only ends with Xia receiving a Chokeslam to be quickly defeated.
Winner and STILL CHAMPION: Raquel Gonzales on account of three
Samoa Joe goes out to the ring in search of Karrion Kross. The champion responds from the Capitol Wrestling Center parking lot with the unconscious body of William Regal at his feet. Joe runs to the outskirts of the CWC, but Kross manages to escape in time.
