WWE Raw Preview: Goldberg returns, Nikki ASH vs Charlotte Flair, SummerSlam Build-up And More – 02nd August 2021

WWE Raw Preview: WWE’s red brand returns to action with its sight set on SummerSlam, and with the excitement of Goldberg returns once again to answer Bobby Lashley for SummerSlam. Along with that we’ll witness RAW Women’s Champion Nikki ASH in action up against Charlotte Flair in a ‘No Hold Barred’ match.

The Bro Riddle will take on One half of the WWE Tag Team Champion Omos on tonight’s Red brand show and many more matches for tonight’s episode.

Goldberg returns

Everything indicates that Bill Goldberg will face Bobby Lashely at SummerSlam in a one-on-one for the WWE belt. The match has yet to announce, but it seems impossible that it won’t take place.

Goldberg is scheduled to appear on tonight’s Raw show to try to change the initial refusal given to him by Lashley and MVP a few weeks ago. Goldberg’s last fight in WWE at Royal Rumble and it was precisely for the maximum belt of the company.

Riddle confronts Omos

The story between Riddle and the team formed by AJ Styles and Omos will have a special chapter tonight. Omos will have his second heads-up on the main roster and will do so against Riddle.

Last week, Omos and Styles were instrumental in Riddle’s loss to John Morrison. The fight has the uncertainty of his will appear Randy Orton, current partner of Riddle. Orton has not appeared for about a month and it seems that he is ready to return to action and a good option is to return to a few weeks of SummerSlam.

Nikki ASH faces Charlotte again

The situation of the Raw women’s division is somewhat strange. Charlotte only had the belt in her possession for one day, as Nikki ASH redeemed the Money in the Bank briefcase the day after the event.

Last week, Charlotte called for a rematch match, something Rhea Ripley did as well. Faced with this situation, a triple threat was announced for SummerSlam, but also a heads-up between Charlotte and Nikki for the main event. Charlotte took the victory and Nikki called for a rematch in a Holds Barred Match that will take place tonight.
