WWE RAW Result & Highlight: Monday Night RAW Result, Winners, Grade, Video| All You Need To Know – 18th April 2022
Raw kicks off with a video recap of the segment and last week’s match between Cody Rhodes and The Miz.
After the match, Rollins requested a rematch and Cody accepted the challenge.
Jimmy Smith greets the spectators. Byron Saxton & Jerry “The King” Lawler serve as co-commentators.
In-ring: Seth “Freakin” Rollins steps into the ring and greets the crowd to “Monday Night Rollins”.
He’s in a celebratory mood tonight and invites Cody Rhodes into the ring to celebrate.
Rhodes enters the ring to great applause and Rollins encourages the crowd to keep chanting for Cody. Rollins asks Cody how it feels to be on top of the world.
It feels family to Rhodes and he refers to the place as Rhodes Land.
(Note: Cody was referring to a match he played with Goldust years ago against Roman Reigns & Seth Rollis.)
Rhodes then interrupts Rollins and promptly gets positive reactions from the audience. Rollins warns Rhodes not to do this again.
Rollins actually intended to let Cody know how much respect he had for the Rhodes family and how much respect he had for Cody’s departure.
Before coming back. However, the hard work Rhodes put in is nothing compared to Rollins.
Who made Rhodes a star in one night at WrestleMania.
Rhodes tells him to skip the foreplay and get down to business.
Rollins once again laments having to face off against Cody Rhodes as a mystery opponent at WrestleMania.
He makes it clear that he’s far better than Rhodes, no matter what Rhodes may think.
Seth Rollins knows that Rhodes’ goal is to win the WWE Championship, but Rollins has already achieved that and that makes him better.
Cody Rhodes acknowledges that Rollins has reached the top of the mountain not once but four times.
But that doesn’t change what happened at WrestleMania.
Rhodes has spent the last few years in a management role learning a great deal about mediation.
You can go back and claim who was better, or just ask a neutral party, the people of Buffalo – the audience is chanting for Cody.
Rollins makes a suggestion. If Rhodes thinks it’s that easy, he’s supposed to face a mysterious opponent chosen by Rollins in tonight’s main event.
The audience chants “YES” and Rhodes accepts the challenge.
The commentators present a segment and some of tonight’s matches.
1.Match
WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship
Sasha Banks & Naomi def. Rhea Ripley & Liv Morgan after their combo finisher –
Before that Naomi got Riptide from Ripley and Morgan couldn’t stop Banks from breaking the cover (7:27)
Post-match: Ripley argued with Morgan after the match, complaining about the broken pinfall.
Ripley then attacks Morgan from behind and hits her with a Riptide.
Video recaps of the events leading up to Sonya Deville becoming Bianca Belair’s next challenger for the Raw Women’s Championship were broadcast.
Backstage: Sarah Schreiber tries to interview Ripley, but Ripley says no one deserves an explanation.
In-Ring: Sonya Deville enters the ring and explains that she never gave up being a fighter.
She was forced into this position of authority. When she saw WrestleMania, she knew she wanted to face Bianca Belair.
She calls Belair the best and she wants to defeat her. “It’s nothing personal, it’s just business,” says Deville.
Bianca Belair comes out and interrupts. Deville warns Belair that if she lays hands on her.
There will be repercussions. The audience encourages them to do it.
Belair suggests they let the title match happen now. Deville says she didn’t wait three years to get her chance in this seedy New York suburb.
They suggests the match be played in a place where losing Belair would be sweet.
Next week in Belair’s hometown of Knoxville, Tennessee.
He is confident that there will be another quick defeat for Belair right in front of her family.
Belair has heard enough, she lifts Deville for the KOD, but Deville recalls the consequences.
A fine, suspension & loss of the championship. Belair drops Deville.
2.Match
Veer Mahaan def. Jeff Brooks via submission in Cervical Clutch (1:13)
Post match: Mahaan applies the hold again until several officials rush into the ring.
Mahaan briefly takes Brooks in the Cervical Clutch a third time before exiting the ring.
Backstage: Deville complains to Pearce about Belair attacking her.
Pearce tells Deville that they will take action in the form of a fine against Belair, leaving Deville to deal with her own consequences.
The higher-ups aren’t happy about Deville abusing their power.
Belair shows up and is ready to pay her fine. Belair hands Pearce a $1 bill. Deville can’t believe the fine is only a dollar.
Pearce smiles and replies, “I followed the rules.” Deville is upset.
Jeff Brooks is carried away on a stretcher.
In-ring: KO show with polygraph test
Kevin Owens wants this lie detector test to be administered with an open mind, so he asked Chad Gable to run the test.
Gable promises an objective test and then he will defeat Ezekiel/Elias in a match. Kevin Owens calls out Elias.
Ezekiel then goes into the ring. Owens welcomes “Elias” to the show. Ezekiel again emphasizes that he is Elias’ younger brother.
Owens doesn’t buy this and wants him to admit the truth immediately. Ezekiel asks the audience, “What wants to hear Zeke speak?
The enraged Owens recalls that this is the similar manner of Elias (Who wants to walk with Elias?).
Gable starts by asking him a few basic questions, and the polygraph results are shown in real time on the big video screen.
Gable also asks if Gable Steveson is a spoiled brat.
Owens asks Chad to focus on what’s important since he paid him $150 Canadian for the task.
Gable asks if Ezekiel is his name and he says yes. Gable then wants to find out if his older brother is Elias and he replies “yes”.
The results show that Ezekiel is telling the truth. Owens is upset and asks if his name is really Elias.
Ezekiel says no and the lie detector shows he is still telling the truth.
WWE Raw Result Latest News:
Owens blames Gable, which he won’t pay. Ezekiel calls Owens the biggest liar in WWE.
Ezekiel is very excited as he will have his first match in Buffalo tonight. Owens refers to Buffalo as Canada’s landfill.
As Owens leaves the ring, Ezekiel is attacked from behind by Gable. Owens enjoys the attack.
3.Match
Ezekiel def. Chad Gable by DQ after Gable was in the single leg crab, Otis rushed into the ring and knocked out Ezekiel (3:33)
Roman Reigns Prompt video recap. He sent The Usos to Raw to unify the Raw and SmackDown Tag Team Titles.
We also see last week’s The Usos defeating The Street Profits again.
4.Match
Non-Title Match
The Street Profits: Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford def.
RK-Bro: Randy Orton & Riddle after a doomsday blockbuster against Riddle – at the end of the match the Usos’ entrance theme played.
But the brothers didn’t show up, but the process distracted Orton and Riddle off (7:47)
After the match: Ford wonders who recorded the Usos’ music at such an unfortunate time and describes it as a lesson for all.
The Usos aren’t the only team RK-Bro has to worry about.
Video recap of AJ Styles attacking Damian Priest and the match between “The Phenomenal One” and Priest which ended in a no contest.
After that, after a sound effect, Priest stared straight into the camera
Backstage: Edge and Damian Priest are in a dark, smoky room. Edge is seated on a throne and Priest mentions.
That the last week (the lights out) was meant to remind people of who they are.
Edge reiterates that that side has always been in him and that the seed was planted when he first came into the brood, but everyone has forgotten that.
Priest was disrespected when Bad Bunny got all the attention at last year’s WrestleMania. Edge is a Hall of Famer.
But he had to beg someone for a match at this year’s WrestleMania.
Edge finally admits that AJ Styles is the only one man enough to compete against her.
Edge challenges Styles to a rematch at WrestleMania Backlash to finally put a stake in his heart.
Edge promises that this will be Judgment Day for Styles.
Backstage: Sarah Schreiber confronts Styles about Edge’s challenge. Styles refers to him as “Judge Edge” and accepts the challenge.
Suddenly the light flickers and Styles advises Schreiber to leave. After that, Priest and Edge attack Styles in the blue light.
They both work on his arm in a bank cabinet and laugh at him.

5.Match
WWE United States Championship
Theory def. Finn Bálor (c) after ATL – TITLE CHANGE! (11:39)
New WWE United States Champion: Theory
Out after the match, Chad Gable, Otis, Apollo Crews, Commander Azeez, T-Bar, Cedric Alexander, and Shelton Benjamin.
Azeez and T-Bar lift Theory onto their shoulders and all heels celebrate his title win.
Vince McMahon’s entrance theme plays and the WWE Boss enters the stage and points to Theory, who exits the ring and approaches Vince.
Theory takes a selfie with Vince, who shakes his hand and holds his arm up.
Backstage: Kevin Patrick asked Rollins if he had picked Rhodes’ opponent yet. Rollins affirmed.
Patrick wants to know who it is. Rollins doesn’t want to reveal it.
Rhodes is going through the same thing as him and will only find out in the ring. Rollins takes a call from the mysterious adversary.
In Ring: Wedding Segment
R-Truth is the best man for the wedding of Dana Brooke & Reggie and Tamina & Akira Tozawa.
Before that, Truth announces that winning the 24/7 Championship title during the wedding ceremony is not possible.
Nikki A.S.H., Garza and Angel are among the guests. Brooke and Tamina enter the adorned ring in their wedding dresses.
Banks and Naomi accompany Tamina. The audience chants “WHAT?!” as Brooke and Reggie recite their vows.
They applaud Tamina and Tozawa for keeping their vows to a few words.
Truth asks if anyone has any objections. Tamina objects and gets Reggie on her side before taking Tozawa to Brooke. Not content with that.
Tamina then brings Reggie and Tozawa together on one side while heading to Brooke.
The audience cheers as they assume that Tamina and Brooke are now getting married. Truth intervenes, not sure if this is PG.
Finally, there is another switch and Reggie and Dana Brooke as well as Tamina and Akira Tozawa are together again.
Next the rings are put on before the men kiss their brides.
With that, the wedding is complete. Reggie kisses Tamina so hard he lands on her. A referee counts…1…2…3…

Brooke hops onto her back, who runs out of the hall with her and the WWE 24/7 Championship.

Earlier Today Video: In the morning hours, MVP had a message for Bobby Lashley.
MVP couldn’t believe Lashley entered WrestleMania without him, but he’s blossomed into something bigger and better.
He made Lashley “All Mighty”, you can now imagine what he can do with Omos.
MVP mentions that Omos will challenge him to an arm wrestling competition next week.
Omos also has his say, he will end the All Mighty era.
Backstage: Lashley is with Sarah Schreiber for an interview.
Lashley knows he has to get past Omos to get to MVP. Omos may be taller than him.
But who is stronger will be found out over the next week as he accepts the challenge for the arm wrestling competition.

Who was at ringside – Owens had enough and left the hall (17:26)
Post match: Cody Rhodes wins his third match since returning and wants to be celebrated.
By the fans, but Rollins knocks him off the turnbuckle.
