WWE Rumor: WWE staff believes Kevin Owens soon to join AEW based on his current status

WWE Rumor: The boom and the media impact that All Elite Wrestling is having today is undeniable. In recent weeks the company has added great industry professionals such as Bryan Danielson, CM Punk and Adam Cole, among others, to its cast.

AEW has become the focus of the entire sector. And both fans and fighters think that their product is a great alternative.

As reported a few days ago, the contract of former WWE Universal Champion. Kevin Owens, ends in January 2022, well before what was initially expected.

The information indicates that the original contract ended in 2023. But was restructured due to the pandemic and new circumstances in the company’s economy. Something that also happened with the contracts of other undisclosed fighters.

Kevin Owens to AEW?

Now, as journalist Jon Alba indicates, some WWE staff members believe that Owens will not renew his contract and, therefore, will leave the company.

“After speaking with several sources in WWE throughout the day. They have told me that there is a belief that Owens will not renew his contract with WWE. When it expires. The wrestler has left several clues on his social networks and everything indicates that he would go to All Elite Wrestling”.

It should be noted that some of the clues that the fighter left were a brief message in his Twitter biography in which he put “almost there” (“about to arrive”, in Spanish) and a tweet that he later deleted in which he indicated the coordinates of Mount Rushmore. The group that formed with Adam Cole and The Young Bucks.
