WWE Smackdown Preview & Confirmed Matches, Spoilers & Predictions, Results & Updates, Match Info – 22nd October 2021

WWE Smackdown Preview: After the Crown Jewel event, the renewed cast of SmackDown begins its new journey towards the conformation of the new WWE PPV.

The cast of SmackDown will perform this Friday at the Intrust Bank Arena, in Wichita, Kansas. A coliseum with capacity for 15,750 people and home of the Wichita Thunder (ECHL).

Draft changes come into play

The WWE Draft took place on the first two WWE shows in October. However the changes were not immediately effective. The company decided that the changes would follow the Crown Jewel program and the date has arrived.

SmackDown will host tonight the first program of the new stage of the company. Among the new fighters of the blue brand are those rising from NXT: Hit Row, Ridge Holland, Aliyah and Xia Li. The wrestlers will have the opportunity to have their first appearance on the main roster.

The Crown Jewel Hangover

Crown Jewel left the universal belt in the hands of Roman Reigns. The Samoan-born wrestler defeated Brock Lesnar and is now looking for a new rival. Lesnar promised that he will return at some point to defeat Roman, but it seems difficult for it to be tonight.

In the women’s section, SmackDown has run out of champion. Becky Lynch beat Crown Jewel’s triple threat for the women’s belt, for which she will take the medal to Raw where she was drafted.

Charlotte, Raw champion, arrives at SmackDown, so there could be an exchange of titles between the two, although it would be a nefarious idea.
