WWE Friday Night SmackDown Result: We started Friday Night SmackDown with the entrance to Edge’s ring.  The Hall of Fame member remembers that WrestleMania 37 was supposed to be the successful conclusion to his story, but nothing happened as expected.

WWE SMACKDOWN RESULT:

Edge recalls several moments of that fight in which he was very close to defeating Roman Reigns before the interference of Daniel Bryan.

He accuses “The Big Dog” of being afraid and defines himself as the only person with the power to defeat him, which he will do in Money in the Bank.

Jimmy Uso talks to a worried Paul Heyman backstage. The fighter offers to collaborate with his brother to finish Edge together tonight.

In an exclusive YouTube video, Baron Corbin reveals that he has made several financial mistakes in recent months that led to bankruptcy.

Team Match

Apollo tackles Nakamura and leaves him served to Big E. Crews escapes to his corner and Corbin throws New Day over the barricade. The rude dominate after the commercial break until Nakamura bursts into the ring to help his partner. Crews pulls him away as Boogs shows Corbin’s vehicle being towed into the parking lot. Big Ending! 1 … 2 … 3 …

Bayley comes out to the ring to poke fun at Bianca Belair after her loss in last week’s match. Bianca enters the ring and realizes that she is tired of seeing “The Role Model” on her way. He warns that he will give Bayley one last chance, but to push her away once and for all he will challenge her to an “I Quit” Match at Money in the Bank 2021 . Bayley cautions that the only way she would say “I give up” is to announce her retirement from the company, and she is quick to accept the challenge.

Jimmy Uso warns Paul Heyman that he will challenge Edge on his own no matter what Roman says. Heyman gives the go-ahead, but not very encouraged about it.

It was announced The New Day vs. MVP and Kofi Kingston and Miz TV with Ricochet for the next episode of Monday Night RAW

Owens does not take long to apply a Cannonball and takes his rival to ringside. Sami counterattacks with a kick and repeatedly hits his partner.

“KO” stars Zayn with the ThunderDome screens before being tossed onto the comment table. We return from the break with Sami against the canvas. Owens takes him to the barricade at ringside. Sami struggles to get up and Owens sets up several tables.

The two go up to the third rope, but Zayn reacts and now his rival with the stringing. Sami throws himself on Kevin and applies a Suplex in the ring.

He goes for the Superplex on the third string, but “KO” reverses and they both fall. He counts eight and Owens tries to take advantage of the tables again. Sami dodges and pushes him towards the tables. 8 … 9 … KO gets up!
Sami sets up a table during the commercial break before hitting Owens on the head. The latter sends him against the ringside post.

The two go to the edge of the ring, where Zayn connects a German Suplex. Helluva Kick for KO, but the fighter keeps getting up. Sami’s second and third kick. Owens leaves the ring in nine! Pair Zayn between the ropes and connect a Powerbomb. Kevin’s stunner before throwing it over both tables at ringside. Last bombing against the edge of the ring to ensure his victory.
Winner: Kevin Owens

Owens joins Drew McIntyre, Ricochet, John Morrison and Big E in the ladder match for the Money in the Bank briefcase on July 18.

Sonya Deville goes out to the ring to meet the second member of SmackDown to participate in Money in the Bank. ZELINA VEGA RETURNS TO WWE ! The fighter assures that she is happy to return, and her objective will be to obtain the briefcase and exchange it in her favor.

Liv Morgan comes on stage and complains about seeing a woman who never competed on SmackDown participating in pay-per-view. Zelina clarifies that she doesn’t mind changing that and starts a fight.

Seth Rollins complains to authorities behind the scenes for not being part of the Universal Championship match at Money in the Bank. Adam Pearce justifies himself by saying that Edge never got his solo opportunity. Sonya Deville solves this by placing Rollins against Cesaro next week for a spot in the ladder match on July 18.

Otis soon dominated the fight by pouncing on his rival several times. Apply a Frog Splash from the second string before finishing with a second iron. 1 … 2 … 3 …

Shinsuke Nakamura is announced against Baron Corbin for a spot at Money in the Bank next week.

Jimmy Uso and Paul Heyman argue at the entrance to the ring . Heyman clarifies to his cousin that “The Tribal Chief” offers his battles in his own way, and should only focus on being “Main Event”. Jimmy ignores the warning and goes out into the ring. The one from “The Usos” calls Edge to the ring and warns that he can take care of him on his own.

“The Rated R Superstar” enters the ring and clarifies that Jimmy is blind for not understanding that Reigns is using him. The two men begin a physical exchange and Edge applies his lock to the face causing pain on Jimmy. Spear for Use! The fighter makes his message about Reigns clear.
