WWE Wrestlemania 38 Matches: Here is the full match card and everything you need to know about WrestleMania 38 which is scheduled to be held as a two-night event, taking place on April 2 and 3, 2022, at the AT&T Stadium in the Dallas suburb of Arlington, Texas.

The event will be the fourth WrestleMania to be held in the state of Texas (after X-Seven, 25, and 32) and the second in AT&T Stadium after WrestleMania 32 in 2016. It will also be the third WrestleMania to feature Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns in the main event (after 31 and 34).

WrestleMania 38 (Night 1) Confirmed Match Card

• WWE SmackDown Women’s Title Match: Charlotte Flair(c) Vs. Ronda Rousey

For the first time ever, Ronda Rousey will challenge Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship on the night 1 WrestleMania.

At the Royal Rumble, Rousey made a shocking return to WWE, as a face, and entered as #28 in the Women’s Royal Rumble match. She made 4 eliminations and won by last eliminating Charlotte Flair, earning a championship match at WrestleMania 38.

Fresh off her explosive Royal Rumble Match victory on Saturday. Ronda Rousey dropped the outspoken Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch on Monday Night Raw before informing the outraged titleholder that she will be at SmackDown to announce which Women’s Champion she will challenge at WrestleMania 38.

On the February 4th edition of SmackDown, Ronda Rousey appeared for the first time ever on SmackDown and called Charlotte Flair as her WrestleMania pick.

• WWE Raw Women’s Title Match: Becky Lynch(c) Vs. Bianca Belair

After a wild WWE Elimination Chamber saw Becky Lynch retain the Raw Women’s Championship against Lita. And Bianca Belair survives the gauntlet that is the Elimination Chamber Match, The EST of WWE will get another chance to right the wrongs of last year’s SummerSlam when she squares off with Big Time Becks on The Grandest Stage of Them All. At Elimination Chamber, a women’s Elimination Chamber match was contested with the winner earning a Raw Women’s Championship match at WrestleMania 38.

Belair got the win after eliminating both Alexa Bliss and Rhea Ripley with KODs. This will be the second straight year that Belair has entered WrestleMania as the challenger for one of WWE’s women’s titles. In the main event of WrestleMania 37 night one in 2021. Belair defeated Sasha Banks to win the SmackDown Women’s Championship.

WrestleMania 38 (Night 2) Confirmed Match Card

• WWE Champion Brock Lesnar Vs. Universal Champion Roman Reigns (Winner Take All Championship Unification)

The table has been set. 2022 Royal Rumble winner and WWE Champion Brock Lesnar has chosen to battle Roman Reigns in The Biggest WrestleMania Match of All-Time. It’s WINNER TAKE ALL in a highly anticipated Championship Unification Match on WrestleMania Sunday.

Lesnar was originally scheduled to challenge The Head of the Table at WWE Day 1. Reigns tested positive for COVID-19 and was unable to defend the Universal Title at the first Premier Live Event of the year.

After being fired by Reigns days earlier. However, Paul Heyman once again took on the role of Advocate for Lesnar and negotiated for his client to be added to the Day 1WWE Title Fatal 4-Way Match instead. Thanks to Heyman’s maneuvering, The Beast was free to conquer the field and claim the WWE Championship.

However, the frustration didn’t get long as A furious Brock Lesnar shocked the WWE Universe as the No. 30 entrant, eliminating all remaining Superstars to win his second Royal Rumble and punch his ticket to WrestleMania.

On the January 31st edition of Monday Night Raw. Brock Lesnar officially picked Roman Reigns as his opponent for the event. At WWE Elimination Chamber, titleholder Bobby Lashley was removed from the competition due to concussion protocol. This paved the way for The Beast to triumph in the Elimination Chamber Match to reclaim the WWE Championship. As a result, WrestleMania will be Title vs. Title!

WrestleMania 38 Confirmed Match Card

• Tag Team Match: The Miz & Logan Paul Vs. Rey Mysterio & Dominik Mysterio

At the Elimination Chamber event, Rey Mysterio defeated The Miz on the Kickoff show due to help from Dominik Mysterio. Which prompted Miz to find a tag team partner.

On the February 21st, 2022 edition of WWE RAW, The Miz revealed Logan Paul as his Tag Team Partner against Rey Mysterio & Dominik Mysterio at WrestleMania 38.

This would also see Logan Paul’s WWE in-ring debut.

• Singles Match: AJ Styles Vs. Edge

AJ Styles will step up to challenge Edge at WrestleMania 38. It only took 7 days for AJ Styles to answer the call. These two men had been talking in interviews about wrestling one another for quite some time. And it appeared that WrestleMania 38 would be the site of a good, clean fight between AJ and Edge.

On Monday, February 28, Edge come to the ring to address his WrestleMania future after issuing an Open Challenge. AJ came out to accept the challenge.

The two men had a brief encounter during the 2020 Royal Rumble match. Edge had made a surprise return and The Phenomenal One tried to take him out. Unfortunately taking a spear instead and suffering a legitimately separated shoulder. When he sold the movie. It forced Styles out of the match.

• Women’s Tag Team Championship Match: Queen Zelina & Carmella Vs. Sasha Banks & Naomi

At WrestleMania, Queen Zelina & Carmella will attempt to retain their Women’s Tag Team Championship against Sasha Banks & Naomi.

On the Feb 25. edition of Friday Night SmackDown. Sasha Banks made an explosive return to the blue brand. When she defeated the rebellious Shotzi with Naomi watching from SmackDown commentary. After the match, Naomi stunned the WWE Universe when she entered the ring and declared that she and Banks were the future Women’s Tag Team Champions!

On the February 28th edtion of Monday Night Raw. WWE featured a backstage segment where Carmella and Vega accepted the challenge.

Predicted Match Card

• Singles Match: Stone Cold Steve Austin Vs. Kevin Owens

WWE is planning to have Kevin Owens face Stone Cold Steve Austin at WrestleMania if the latter does return to the ring. The reports indicated that WWE is hoping to have Stone Cold Steve Austin wrestle at WrestleMania 38 in April.

As of right now, it’s unclear whether or not Austin has agreed to compete, but we do know that WWE is going to be doing everything in its power to make sure it happens.

If he does return, this will be Austin’s first match in 19 years, with his last match coming at WrestleMania XIX in 2003 against The Rock.

• Singles Match: Sami Zayn Vs Johnny Knoxville

Jackass star Johnny Knoxville is expected to perform at WrestleMania 38 in April, and the movie star could even be fighting for one of WWE’s most prestigious titles.

At the Royal Rumble this year, Knoxville, a lifelong WWE fan, was one of the entrants, as Brock Lesnar won his second ‘Rumble,’ 19 years after the first.

The 50-year-old lasted less than a minute and a half and was ‘eliminated’ from the match by WWE Superstar Sami Zayn and the pair have been in a feud ever since, with Zayn even turning up to the Jackass Forever premiere.

According to Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer, that title change will lead to Zayn defending the belt against Knoxville on the first weekend of April at Dallas’ AT&T Stadium.

Vince McMahon is apparently set to make an in-ring return at WrestleMania 38.

According to POST Wrestling Pat McAfee will be in an upcoming feud with Vince McMahon with sources also noting that it is likely an in-ring program. The feud is reportedly set to heat up when Vince appears on Pat McAfee’s show.

• Singles Match: Drew McIntyre Vs Corbin

Drew McIntyre vs. Happy Corbin at WrestleMania must be in a gimmick match.

This match seems like the likeliest outcome to end their feud once and for all. Maybe with Madcap Moss taken out of the picture leading up to it, Drew McIntyre can finally get his hands on Happy Corbin one-on-one.

There could even be some stipulation on the line to raise the stakes. Potentially Happy Corbin could put his wealth on the line that he won in Las Vegas last summer to really add some intrigue and the WWE Universe wanting to see him lose. There are plenty of different options the company could go with if they were to book it for WrestleMania.
